    The pattern of perforated silicon matt shows a lot better on your website images, thats a really beautiful detail to add to cookies actually

    I would have loved to see you make the raspberry jam, or know which store-bought brand you use. I can't find a jam that looks like that in the grocery store.The cookies were beautiful.These are my favorite holiday cookies.🎄

      I use raspberry puree that I cook with sugar and pectin NH (maybe you have that in stores by different name, the jam setting powder). Then I leave it to cool and that's it. 🙂
