OK here's the cheapest and best highball I just "created" the other day:
1.5oz vodka (I used New Amsterdam, doesn't really matter)
1 can strawberry Clear American (12pk at walmart for $4)
Best mixer I have found, it feels like its just begging for vodka

I've never tried that sparkling water. The flavored waters that I've tried before were so light on the flavor that I wasn't impressed. But maybe I'll try it out. Thanks!
