@enryu What about swapping out Kraken with Statiks? Like in last split its quite cheap again, the base stats are higher than krakens, and we're not losing jack stacks either. Do you feel like the Kraken passive makes up that much of a difference, since it is 300g more expensive for less stats afterall
Exactly my thoughts, and as well, essence reaver is also 2 stacks cause of ah and cc, so Doran mercs statik er is cheaper and you don’t need to interact with enemy botlane, u have infinite mana and push waves instantly, so yeah, that.
There’s also turbo rush jack, which would be Doran, rectrix, mercs, dagger, mote, cloak, 900 + 1100 + 300 + 250 + 600 = 3150, don’t get me wrong, I do think item completion is more important than jack completion, so statik + boots sounds better, but just saying this is an option, idk if it’s worth trying.
lovee the update on builds, since im in relative low elo, its very difficult to have a perfect buy when im not playing with duo support and having to base early due to potential dives so this will be amazing to test out! also happy to see kraken making an appearance since the item is so strong but i had doubts if it was worth forsaking the collector rush for it! the only note id make for the format is that id love if you could keep the very beginning of the game in the video, i always like seeing how you play the laning phase as nilah since i learn so much from your insight and how you deal with different matchups
i just saw with this rune set up collector first ist also really good, bec with dorans blade and collector you get the AD bonus when purchasing collector
@@MiloThatch420 collector rush was bad after nerf right? but with this new rune set up you can go collector first item again pretty well, bec you get 7 extra AD when buying collector so collector counts as 67 AD instead of 60
I thought today was the day when I saw the video's length!! haha but the match is actually around 29 minutes long womp, womp! The longer videos ARE better, and you're ALMOST there ;) I do keep asking for the full videos because i'm personally very much into the subtleties and details within every match(up). The little things you do as a challenger player don't seem like a big deal to you, but everytime you dodge a skill shot, or hide in a bush to de-aggro minions or take a little bit of damage you weren't anticipating (like w ever are though, am I right?) influences your decision making in the slightest, or your timers or orders for acquiring certain components and I personally like to put myself in the drivers seat, the Enryu POV. I promise we won't think you're lazy if you just upload the match as is, no skips. My working hours are too long to be able to watch streams, but when I watch full length matches, even with the respawn windows I sometimes feel like I got to play or at least enjoy a few games, you know? Thanks for the content though, like gameplay wise and commentary wise you really are the goat. Don't get so hung up on the polish and edits though as slight as they may be cause life and lol games get ugly (or boring?) sometimes.

hey enryu so after a lot of testing imo kraken feels really underwhelming on nilah. i still went jack of all trades but i went collector IE, same boots u do and then a zeal. found that build more efficient since i dont feel like kraken nearly deals enough to put some testing to my theorie i tested the damage on dummies: first build with kraken collector and last whisper (base form to make it fair) dealt arround 1650 damage. that is one q and 4 follow up autos. the build with collector IE and zeal dealt arround 2050 damage so roughly 400 more. also 1 q and 4 follow up autos.
As I've said before, this build is situational and best when merc treads is very valuable in the game, there are other variations but it's not consistent getting 10 jack stacks unless you buy merc treads. Also in your test it's skewed because kraken is a 3-hit passive, if you test 4 autos ofc it's gonna be lower than any other build.
Is there any particular reason for swapping from the more defensive bt/dd second item builds into kraken slayer which slows building crit by the same amount? Loving the content, the guides are very helpful
Every crit build atm requires u to get a BF sword first back to have a decent early game otherwise ur kinda just stuck on items and as nilah u should be down gold early game if the enemy are playing normally since nilah just has no range so it's easier for other adcs to have a BF sword buy vs. nilah so this build eliminates that weakness in a way. Also this build is situational bc merc treads is a situational item
I've been using Jack if All Trades for a while. I've been doing it with ER/Collector and zeal, along with Mercs and dorans blade. I was afraid to lose crit so I turn the zeal into flickerblade or PD. They don't have AD though. Do you think its worth it to lose the crit and go for the ad/as/ms items like kraken or stattik instead if zeal items?
ms is a very valuable (and underrated) stat, but the thing about zeal items is they don't give any AD at all which honestly is worse than having 20% less crit so i would go kraken/statik prob but if ur going pure crit its better to buy a PD
Isn't LDR the same as collector for the Jack of ALl Trades rune? If so, you can just do the same build but with ldr in games like this one and hit it in a more "efficient" manner. Also, does dblades vamp count as a different stat than lifesteal? If so we could cook up some other crazy builds
It is the same but kraken and collector have good synergy but LDR is good 2nd is good if ur behind or if the enemy are buying giga armor but not every game is like that. As always, the builds are always a template so always do variations of it where it is good in that specific game you are playing
Do you ever try double Noonquiver build? i just cost 2800 and you can get 40AD 40crit the first Noonquiver build Shieldbow and just skip Collector because it nerfed the second you can sell or build Yun Tal Wildarrows/new recipe Dominik's Regards how do you think about🤔?
taking fleet means that u will never win early fights and that's the problem I have with the rune as well as the fact that nilah is melee so ur never going to get the full value on it if u can only hit minions with fleet
Its weird seeing you choose bloodline over Alacrity? even tho u prefer alacrity and I saw u take the health rune instead of the other one that increases with level, is it better or nah?
it's always better to try and kill one person first when u are fighting fights like that so I tried to kill the pyke but he lived with 1hp in the beginning unfortunately, then because their lillia is constantly kiting around me while I get cc'd I just hit the zac until the lillia walks into me again then I go on her, you should always try to keep hitting someone until the target u want to hit walks into u then u turn onto them.
ive just started play nilah and im tryna learn the builds. i watched 2 videos you posted a month ago. now im thinking if enemy got lots of ad/burst death dance build, if its a standard game bt and if they got lots of ap/cc its this build, am i right? if not, can you tell where im wrong. saw the channel today but definitely gonna check for more videos
why exactly are you preferring kraken over shiv here? wouldn't the waveclear reduced cost and marginally better teamfight damage with same stats to fulfill the jack threshold make it just better overall?
kraken is generally better bc of the passive that allows u to secure kills but I see merit in statikk, will test that version of the build and make a video soon

Thanks for updating us with new/strong item builds, man that BF start (1300 gold first buy) is so damn bad and im happy to test kraken build! i also got a question: could i also go Bork instead of BT?
@@Winchester687 both items have entirely different goals. BT is there for survavibility for shields/lifesteal as well as big AD while bork is just there to deal more dmg to high hp champs. There might be some scenarios where bork is a good buy but BT is straight up better in 90% of games imo

it's because their strongest member (zac) has a ton of healing in his kit so mortal has more value than LDR since they removed the LDR giant slayer passive

I suggest u to go blade of the ruined king with yuumi, she give u on hit dmg + on hit healing u r basicaly onkillable with both sustain

I noticed you start leveling Q after 4 levels in E. Why is that?
that's when you generally have a lot of AD during the mid-game so Q max will start having value

both are good in different situations, this one is more situational because u want to only build it in games where merc treads is good

bloodline good since attack speed is very accessible in this build, and flat health is better for early game which is nilah's weakest point in lane

flickerblade gives no AD which is the bad part and should be only built either as last item or to replace boots

full crit or lethality is good in low elo for the average game
How do you see the exp like gold gained from minions?
there's a setting in interface for it, u have to scroll all the way down

atk spd should make nilah's gameplay more smooth though, having a bit of it should feel nice
