Idk about everyone else but common sense would tell me to be careful at any body of water. That’s just me tho.

Unlimited alcohol is part of the problem

sooner or later they will run out of insurance and close. Happen at other ones.

All those deaths could have been prevented. Thats all negligence by those people. Millions of people have died at the beach. Its like the purge. Yet people still come and enjoy themselves. No matter how much you warn. People do things to put themselves in harm way.

Sometimes landlords have more than a duty to warn of dangers and risks, if this activity is particularly more dangerous than other similar venues. Then the landlord has to do more than merely warn of dangerous conditions.

it’s not the park owner or staff obligation to make sure every one safety instead blame it on the alcohol consumption that makes people drive crazy and also not paying attention to there kids

That place is about two miles from where I live. It's a popular place where drunk Julio's hang out. Also the San Jacinto river is a sewer, I wouldn't swim in it.

The San Jacinto River is a dangerous river. I could say a lot more? I used to go to this rodeo called Harmon's and they had bull riding and they the paramedics with the Ambulance there eating pop-corn waiting incase somebody got hurt. And of coarse they signed waivers.

Yeah who in their right mind signs a life liability wavier for something then expects it not to be dangerous? Especially a river with flowing water.

Off roading is an extremely dangerous sport. This is very sad. I wonder how careful people have been. I see people riding with little kids and no helmets often. 😢😢

I don’t believe the park should be held responsible.
