I’m with Karen on this, we the American people should be outraged by this behavior on its face. I think we have become numb to this disgusting and outrageous behavior.

We have a party that has been corrupt for decades but because they tout themselves as better than everyone else, people believed them, including many Dems. people are still fooled as to who they really are. Their side is louder because they have Fox. We don’t have that but why isn’t that a problem with those in charge? They allowed them to get away with lying about COVID and not one person at Fox has been prosecuted. Fox is not a news outlet but are wrongly treated like one. Why? We would be in a different place if our side stepped up and did the jobs we put them in office to do, enforce the laws at all levels.

Americans often misunderstand the meaning of "king" in the modern sense. There are many countries in the world that have kings or queens, UK, for example, where the king has no actual power. It's called a constitutional monarchy. Trump is a criminal who is taking advantage of the corruption and incompetence of the US system to become a dictator.
I am with Karen I am outraged by Trump and I am worried about the trial.
My heart is with Karen and all of us frustrated by the fact that we can’t comprehend why a big portion of the population supports a criminal of this magnitude.

Ask South Korea, who always score higher than the US on democracy indices year after year and despite the fact that they have jailed 4 former presidents for crimes proven in court. A nation that holds its leaders as accountable as the most ordinary citizen would be held accountable is a healthy society.

I think a useful thought experiment for people who vote for Trump would be for them to imagine them throwing a dinner party, and they invite Trump. Would they love having them there? Would they allow their kids to listen to the Access Hollywood tape? Would they tell their kids that it's good to be unfaithful to their spouses and grab women, because "they let you do it"? If Trump's morals and behaviour isn't good enough for their kids to learn and emulate, perhaps Trump isn't a good choice for President. Because, isn't a leader supposed to be someone you aspire to be like?
Trump would be a terrible dinner guest. He would make the entire evening all about himself. He would also have to be thrown out when he starts groping the other guests and comparing them to his daughter. How anyone would be okay with such a behaviour of a dinner guest, let alone as the President, is truly appalling.

Well, Todd Blanche isn't to blame for doing his job. But when he made it personal at the beginning of his cross with Michael Cohen Blanche went wrong (as the judge pointed out). I'm not that pessimistic about the jury as KFA naturally (as a former prosecutor) is. I think the jury is bored by Todd Blanche who didn't seem to go to the point.
Also this "bloodbath" I cannot see (but I'm no lawyer at all)! Also "Objection" and "Sustained" kills IMHO this moment completely!
Maybe that's why Blache got so angry what was his second mistake in this cross. Rating from those two big mistakes by Blache this cross was a disaster for Blanche (and Trump)!
