Sir, I found the refractive index!
n or u = sin i / sin r = sin 45 / sin 26 = sin 45 / sin 30 (approx) = (1/ root 2) / 1/2 = 2 / root 2 = root 2 = 1.41 (approx)
So, refractive index = 1.4!
