This organ arrangement is based on an orchestral suite that can be found elsewhere on youtube. You can hear a three-part orchestral piece using four tracks from the original soundtrack:

Morricone himself conducts the orchestra. I suspect the orchestral suite was even longer.
In the final part, Morricone deviates from the original soundtrack because there is not a very clear melodic line (Gabriel's Oboe) here, but only short fragments can be heard. This makes the final movement more like a finale than a reprise.
The arrangement for organ is part of several organ transcriptions of high-quality film music. You can find them on my TH-cam channel. There will be more in the future.

This song has always moved me. I remember... this is what I listened to 6 years ago when I thanked God for saving a girl from my family from a hurricane that passed over Poland and killed people, including two girl scouts at the camp. I had tears of emotion in my eyes at the same time and I had a great sense of gratitude to God....
Such a talented man. The skill, hard work and a love of what he does is just amazing. Church organ has such a powerful sound, lost on today’s youth. Thank you.
With such an organ player even non-religious people might visit a church.
Not completely lost on today’s youth. I am just about 17 years old and very much addicted to the great organ. Both in playing and listening.
However I couldn’t agree more, the organ is not very well known or loved these days.
Plenty of youth love the organ. We need to work on not alienating them. And we also need to stop using the church as the only vehicle to promote organ music. Give youth other opportunities to engage in music education and encounter the instrument when they are young. Let them play and explore.
@@jimmybuccini7377 I agree, I talked about this with Theo Hes sometime ago when we had a coffee. Organ purists are keeping the organ in the same environment with the same style and the same rules for as long as long as I know. So yeah we should definitely take it out of the cage that it’s in right now

Unfortunately, due to a slow internet connection I haven't yet heard this right through, but what really got my attention is the voicing. Some other organ versions of this piece sound "muddy" to me, your voicing is crystal clear. Hopefully my internet connection will be faster when the storm has passed, and I will be able to enjoy the whole piece.

Thanks for your interest. There was no organ arrangement of 'On Earth As It Is In Heaven' when I wanted to play it myself. The original soundtrack version differs from the concert version I found on TH-cam. I chose the concert version. I don't have sheet music available. If you want to play this music, you can consider making your own arrangement according to your taste and possibilities. One option is to omit the alternating chords and add te melodic line of Gabriel's oboe. (as can be found in the soundtrack)
