Hi! I use the same cases for my S20+. But overtime, the fingerprint sensor on the protector doesn't stick on the phone anymore maybe because of dust or dirt, making it hard for the fingerprint to be sensed. What do you recommend I do to make it stickier or more SENSOR applicable?
Quick question - when you was putting the case on did you have a screen protector on already? What I want to know is if I already have a flim screen protector and I put the case on that includes build in protector, will it okay on top of it
Yes but the protector is not made of glass which increases the chance of the phone cracking if it lands on the screen. This same case will not fit the S20 FE as the S20 Plus is bigger but there is a version of this exact case for the S20 FE.
Does anyone know if they do a 360 case without the giant hole at the bottom? Honestly its pointless im using a 360 clear case without a hole and fingerprint works fine why wo we need to have a hole in our cases now? Have i missed the memo or something?
i need help, where the fingerprint circle is the glue underneath it that helps it stick to the screen has smudged glue and fluff on it, will it still work if i remove the glue with some solvent cleaner?
It may not work if you remove the glue because the glue is what keeps the screen protector in place And the placement needs to be consistent for the fingerprint sensor to work properly. I would contact the company to see if you can get a replacement.
@@HighTechCheck yeah i wiped the top layer of glue off with metsol wipes, still has a bit of stick to it and it seems to still work, i think its quite important that people know this because dust gets behind the screen from the holes at the top and people will go to clear it out without realising there getting small fibres of stuff on the glue which is really hard to remove without the right products
@@HighTechCheck It's not working through two protectors, it's working through one and a hole. You're not counting a cut out hole as a screen protector surely? Anyway mine works fine through a Whitestone Dome screen protector plus a cheap generic full enclosure case with a cut out hole just like this. The cut out looks untidy and spoils the look of the S20 though so I'll be changing the case, and I guess not for this one.

you could always just put the tempered glass screen on it and not use the front of they case I love their designs
Only problem dust will get under the hole punch in the front for the camera dont see why they just didnt cover it other than that great case

So the I blason case won't work if you already have a temepred glass screen protector on it ?
The case will work but the fingerprint sensor won’t work through 2 protectors.
