Brand new 78 mm chromoly ada clutch Bell. It is starting to finally pull a little bit after I'm going already and hit the throttle. Does the clutch Bell need to be glazed kind of like new rotors on a car? What is the deal here? I have put three different clutches on there one new one medium new and old trusty Rusty
@@PaulRohm makes sense. I pulled the cylinder off to check the check the chaffering. Everything went great until I tried to put it back together. I ended up almost getting the piston ring in the cylinder and realized it was not going. I did a little more research and notice that you have to seat the piston ring. In trying to get it in the cylinder I believe I damaged may have possibly misshapend the ring. Just to be sure I ordered another one. I should be able to seat that one correctly slide it over and be good to go now correct? Anything else I may have overlooked?
From what I'm reading you want to use the stock exhaust to break it in anyway. Then switch back over to whatever pipe you want or keep the stock exhaust that's ugly lol

Help! Gp460 clutch not engaging put on the new one still nothing. Revs but barely goes. Is there an adjustment on this thing

My question is do you not need that metal exhaust deflector that extends into the flywheel casing? Could I put it on anyway or just leave it off?
you could but it helps keep the air flowing over the cylinder.

Yes no clutch needed for spindle driven gopeds like a sport or bigfoot.
