Rome was torn apart during that time. I think your interpretation of punishment is wrong. Punishment does not mean Rome would cease to exist.
Who said that Revelation was written in AD 95-96? I think that's false assumption. There are more scholarly works which proved that Revelation was written even before AD 70.

Bro Bias ka in studying eschatology, you need to consider the four views historist, futurist, preterist and idealist views. Do not just focus in preterist view. Magkakaproblema ka kasi ang context ng Matthew 24 ay hindi doon sa verse 34 kundi doon sa tanong ng mga alagad. When will these things be (pertaining to temple's destruction), What will be the signs of your coming (future advent), ( and of the end if the world? (Matt 24:1-3). Ang sabi mo ngyare na lahat between AD 33-70, mali ang interpretasyon mo, Kung ilalahat mo kasi sa tatlong tanong ay involve ang world context hindi lang local. You have to understand what are those things happen during AD 33-70, pwede yong destruction of Jerusalem, but that is only local not worldwide context. Ang great tribulation ay worldwide not local. Ano ang ibig sabihin ng "Father's house," "many rooms," "going away," "coming again," "prepare a place"? 2. Anu ang immediate context ng John 14? 3. Paano iinterpret ito: Literal o figure of speech? 4. Anu ang relevance nito sa mga disciples? 5. Bakit sinabi ito ni Jesus sa upper room discourse? Ang mga sagot sa tanong na ito ang dahilan kung bakit ako naniniwala na tungkol ito sa resurrection at walang kinalaman sa Second Coming or Rapture

May overlapping ang meaning nila. Yung pagamit kasi ng kosmos at oikumene or any words... ay maraming nuances. Parang love. I love my wife and I love coke. Same word na love pero you don't love your wife with the same love you have for coke.
Ganun din sa salitang kosmos. Sabi sa Bible "Do not love the world/kosmos" but at the same time sabi rin "For God so love the world/kosmos that He gave His Son."
Lahat ng salita kagaya ng Kosmos at Oikumene ay maraming nuances. Depende sa context. Kapag sinabing naipakalat na ang ebanghelyo sa buong oikumene and kosmos, they may have the same nuance or overlapping meaning.
