    Almond Pancake Ingredients
    80g flour
    40g all-purpose cornstarch
    40g almond powder
    60g sugar
    1 egg (60g)
    95ml fresh milk
    1g salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    20ml cooking oil
    Fried cake on low heat, when the cake is golden, then roll it up
    If the cakes want to be crispy and keep for a long time, then dry them in the oven at a temperature of 100-120 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes.
    However, depending on the temperature of each oven, please adjust the drying time accordingly
    Store the cake in an airtight container with a use-by card within 1 month.
