Bicolanos in Vienna mourn the death of Sec. Jesse Robredo

Filipinos and most especially the Bikolanos in Austria mourn upon hearing the sad news that the body of Philippine Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo has been recovered from the sea after a plane he was travelling in crashed.
