    I have the Cordura Duffle Backpack that can hold way more but I also sometimes just need a bag to carry essentials and not necessarily clothes. Love the design! Thinking of which color I want to do!

    Good vid, mine came today and I'm happy with it for gym/work.
    What sneakers are you wearing in this video may i ask?

      Thank you! Those are Nike Free Run 3.0s but they no longer make that specific line. I actually had to find them on a 3rd party website that had them in stock. I like those because they have roughly a 4mm drop ratio. I mainly wear (full time now) barefoot shoes (with a 0mm drop) but was nursing an injury at the time of recording, so I was wearing shoes with a bit more support while I built my strength back up. Not that you asked... lol

    I’m interested in the warm up routine . What type of resistance band was that ? Do you have a link to it ?

      There were two shown in this video, so I'll mention both. The black, cylindrical one you saw me using was part of a set (of various colors/strengths). The set I got many many years ago isn't listed but this one is comparable (amzn.to/3mRJPJ5) and comes with more than what I have. I use those for various working sets as well as for warming up, so they're very versatile. If i have room, I'll also travel with a few. Next, there was a blue therapy band in the video, I don't think I showed footage of me using it. That one is something I got from my PT a while ago but it's this stuff (amzn.to/3l3BYb7) that they have in long strands and cut to length for clients. They are great for rehabilitation but super thin and don't last very long. I plan on upgrading to loops like these (amzn.to/3Taxuf8) which are basically the flat versions of the tubes.

    Great video, sorry if I sound stupid, can you link any of the protein shakers/carabiners?
    Thanks man, take care.

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not at all, glad you liked the video. The shaker is Blender Bottle (www.amazon.com/dp/B01LXRWXSB or www.blenderbottle.com/) and the carabiners I'm pretty sure I bought at Home Depot for like $1 each (the most basic kind for keys/work).

    Where did you buy the yogamat?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn’t - It was actually a gift from a conference I attended (I can’t exactly remember when or which 😅).

    whats the name of the tripod you are using in this video?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's the Famall Flexible Tripod (FF10) - I like it better than the Joby GorillaPod I used to have.

    Can you fit a weightlifting belt? Like lever belts?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You should be able to but I can’t say for certain as it’d deboned on the rigidity of the belt. Depending on how flexible the material is, you’ll have an ease to time shaping it to fit in the bag (or not if it’s too rigid). Sorry can’t be more specific.

  • @bens9450

    Do you think it will fit boxing gloves and shinguards?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Shinguards, yes! Boxing gloves, most likely. Although, I expect they'd take up a lot of space inside being generally pretty large and oddly shaped (not ideal for packing). Personally, I would use a carabiner to clasp the gloves to the front, outside of the bag (similar to how my blender bottle is hanging in this video). This way, they won't take up any space inside, they can breath/air out, and everyone can see that you box 🥊😁.

    What color way is that one cause I can’t really tell the difference between the black/jet grey/white and black/pitch grey

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, mine is labeled as "Black / Pitch Gray" on UA's website.

    THIS OR BOX PRO?

    • @BoundlessFlux
      @BoundlessFlux  ปีที่แล้ว

      🤔 good question.. I’ve been tempted to get it for comparison. The pro has a separate opening for your laptop and whatnot which is a feature I really like. I can’t speak on it though so I’d be very curious if anyone else can chime in here. This one has better reviews on UA currently but not many have reviewed the pro.
