1- create the 3 shift on "shift Timetable Maintenance" , 2- on shift management tab, create 3 shift with the different dept and to each other assign the correct Timetable regarding his Shift Timetable. - Finally, apply to each dept on "Schedule Employee's AC" tab the right Shift. I already do the process for my diffrent dept on company.And it's working well.

But I could not find any users in the software while the device has all user data. How to connect the user details from attendance device to that the software in new PC. Also how to retrieve the attendance data for the last few days

If have same HR file ID,, you can keep the user, only change status to suspend
Otherwise remove user from machine and use same id to new employe.
