Seriously - have you seen the traffic on Narcoossee Road - no planning in terms of commercial and residential development. It takes 30 mins to travel 3 miles from Eagle Creek to 417. For Saint Cloud residents its worst. Look at the number of accidents in Laureate Park. Zero departmental stores like Target, Costco (except 1 Walmart and 1 Sams and few Publix). Ask folks who have T-mobile on how bad the reception is for more than last 2+ years
It is an expensive place mainly due to the cutting edge technology and innovation within the community that cost quite a bit to develop and maintain… what do you mean by “certain people”?
I’m actually interested in hearing more about your situation. I noticed that you’ve commented this on a few of my videos on both of my channels and it looks like you’ve had some serious trouble. Send me an email clay@morefla.com

Great information and top notch production quality 👍🏼
Its not really "ORLANDO". Far away from downtown.
I appreciate that 👊🏽
Strange right?
Wow. Drove past Wave all the time, I've got to check out Bacan and Nami. Great video!
Sweet spots no doubt.

You should do a video about the up and coming community of sunbridge. It’s a huge plan from the developers of lake Nona.
Already on the schedule 😉
Brother make video on any one of indian project...
If we are being real most Floridians can not afford to live in Lake Nona. Its purposely priced to keep "certain" people out.

Lake Nona is cute but you're like 30 + minutes away from anything else. I'll pass
lol ummm what are you trying to get to in 30 minutes? Literally get almost everywhere in 30 minutes from here
I agree.I-Drive is where the people stay. Can you take a city bus here? NO.
It’s definitely on its own island. Cute though
You have a point. 30 min is the new travel time for everything.

Coming from South Florida, there is NOTHING special about Lake Nona
Definitely no beaches in Lake Nona.
its a lot harder for homeless to live in this "city"
