It seems like you've hit a usage quota limit with your ChatBot implementation in the MIT App Inventor. This error typically occurs when you've exceeded the allowed number of requests or interactions with the ChatBot within a certain time frame. now to resolve this you can go the open ai website and get another api key from another account
for that you need to allow permission to this app. make sure use the apk file of your app not companion click on the app go to setting allow permission
