steve and bucky loved each other. i really believe their love wasn’t all platonic. i think there’s something both of them knows deep down. specially bucky, since the beginning all he see is steve even when steve wasn’t yet special he adored him.
I TOTALLY AGREE! Before endgame I really thought they could become canon, so the ending really hurt. Steve spends like three of his solo movies worrying/searchig for bucky, while his decisions to protect him is, indirectly, the cause of the avengers splitting up, and the Russos make him leave bucky to go back to peggy? wtf Not only it doesn't make sense for him, but It's horrible even for peggy's character arc And Bucky? I mean, the scene in which he sees old!steve will always break my heart, his sad smile And he knew it, god! ç-ç And then he spends almost all of the serie thinking about steve, remembering him and missing him.... I'll never get over them 😭
@@nomournersnofunerals omg i totally agree! during the first avenger steve even risk everything including his life and new found fame as captain america because bucky was missing and because there could be a slight chance he could still be alive. when bucky shouted “no i’m not leaving without you” it didn’t felt as a platonic type of concern i’m so convinced he loves steve. i feel like steve end game is like a sloppy writting, like the producers just said -ok chris’ contract is coming to an end let’s make him super old so he’s good as dead to the mcu. steve left everything for bucky, steve always thinks of bucky and then at the end he left him and didn’t even say a proper goodbye to him. like what happened?! don’t get me started on how bucky looks looking at the empty time machine. pls he looks so heartbroken 😭 and when he saw steve his smile is so bittersweet. at tfatws he’s questioning his very existance because steve left. it’s like it left a huge scar in his heart and he’s so lost without steve. the only thing i can think of right now to make me feel better is that maybe steve is a bridge so that sam and bucky could meet. maybe it’s sam and bucky who’s destined to be soulmates 😢
YES YES YES. I agree completely! steve's decision to go back in the past and stay doesn't make sense, nor for his character and they way he's grown, nor for the timeline. Our steve would have never done that! "I'm with you 'till the end of the line" they said, and than they made him abandon the man who was his family, his best-friend and his partner. And we didn't even had a properly goodbye scene 💔 And I could have excused steve's behaviour if bucky was okay (no, jk, I couldn't), but he wasn't, he was still struggling with everything and he left him! The same steve who risked EVERYTHING for him in the past! I think that sam is really good for bucky, he can understand his grief towards steve (he misses him too, even if in a different way), but at the same time he cares about bucky enough not to let him be swallowed by it. I'm glad at least he has him, that he's not alone anymore ❤️
Disney doesn’t have the guts, but we all know what would make the most impactful arc for this character. Give us reciprocated sambucky in Cap 4 COWARDS
I love Steve and Bucky too much . I see them more than friends . I love Steve Rogers so much I wish we would have focus on Steve mental health more . Every time Bucky mentions Steve in the show you can see how upset he gets .
I know right? They were perfect for each other! Also, half of steve's storyline in the movies was to save bucky and see him get better, ad then they gave us "endgame" in which he leves him alone to get back with peggy like they're bond (anyway you choose to lokk at it, I ship them too btw) it's nothing. It was completely out of character for both steve and peggy (I mean, they gave us "agent carter" in which we can see her moving on and all, but go off I guess), I can't forgive that. Bucky is on the verge of crying every time someone, even himself, mention steve ç_ç That's not the face of someone who he's okay with his best-friend/lover/family leaving.
@@nomournersnofunerals I mean I also ship Sam and Bucky too . But Steve and Bucky are soulmates. I mean the reason he became captain America was to save Bucky . He gave up everything in civil war . I get that Steve was feeling out of time but it felt so out of character
@@kam5740 I totally get it! I ship sambucky too, and also stony and steggy, but steve & bucky are perfect for each other; they always had a special and important relationship and it doesn't matter how someone choose to see it, they love each other, they protect and care for each other, they're soulmates, as you said (and they're totally in love, but this is just my stucky heart speaking ❤️) Steve's ending in "Endgame" just invalidated all of this. It just doesn't make sense, It makes Steve go trough a terrible character regression (? Idk if this is what it's called the opposite of a character development) in which he can't let go of the past to live in the future/present. And it's unfair not only to Steve and bucky, but also to Peggy, who is her person and a lot of more important things than captain america's girlfriend.
@@nomournersnofunerals I ship so many couples but stucky has special place in my heart. I wonder how Chris Evans feels about his ending . To me steve and Bucky should have gotten together . The Endgame ending broke my heart once, but seeing such beautiful edits like yours ❤️ breaks my heart all over again because it reminds me how Steve and Bucky loved each other deeply and deserved a happy ending together.😭 I can't believe the same Steve who in the past refused to believe Bucky was dead and risked everything to go to the nazis' base to rescue him and the same Steve who almost killed Tony because of Bucky just up and left Bucky in the end, after he had just brought him back from the snap. It just didn't make sense at all! Steve should've stayed with Bucky!
The ending of Steve’s in endgame it’s one of the most ooc and nonsense ending marvel could gave him It shows he didn’t grow at all, he did the contrary of an evolution, I’m still so mad Thank you so much for watching the video 💖
I think I've said it already but you really deserve more views. Great video as always, very touching. These two should have had a happy ending but we can't have nice things when it comes to marvel, can we?
OMG, thank you so much, you're always the kindest 🥰 I'm really happy you liked it And I agree, marvel likes to emotionally destroy us! In my perfect world they live happly ever after together in Brooklyn, they have two cats and Sam join them every sunday for lunch 😭 I do not accept what happened in endgame
Steve should have taken it with him. It was cruel to leave him alone without friends, a loved one, a job, a hobby, a purpose, and a meaning to life in a crippled world to which he did not belong. A Marvel destroys everything they have created themselves....Т__Т
I totally agree! What really hurt me is that steve, our steve, the one who spent THREE MOVIES (his trilogy) worrying about bucky, who kinda broke the avengers for him, who went into hiding for him, that steve never would have done this. They completely ruined his character, and hurt bucky a lot for no reason at all, I'm still so agry at endgame for this!
@@nomournersnofunerals No may be not like that, Bucky saw he almost died for him in the end of Civil War and Winter Soldier, So he must felt bad and when Steve proposed the idea he must have forced him even though it's heartbreaking for him ! But why didn't Bucky gone back he also lossed that 70 years
bucky knew steve would not just come back after he put the infinty stones back, he even said ''im gonna miss you'' and that hurts so bad
The look he gave Steve when he saw him disappear?? He knew
the he loves me, he loves me not part broke me. you captured how Steve was hot and cold towards bucky so well.
