man, i could only imagine being 5’8, but i sadly stand at 5’3 at 18, almost 19 years old. despite knowing that my height shouldn’t matter whatsoever, i’m still incredibly insecure about it. watching this video made me feel a lot better, but man, i still can’t help but feel like crap that i’m extremely short.

I was in a class with this one kid who had always been pretty short, even in highschool he was a few heads shorter than all the guys. Every single class he would bring up his height in some way. At first I felt bad for him since I could tell he was insecure about it, but as time went on it got so annoying when he mentioned his height. No one else cared that much. The world did not revolve around his one insecurity. Luke is right in saying that if you don't bring up an insecurity, most people won't notice. And even if they notice, life goes on. I don't remember that kid as the "short guy" but the "guy who keeps saying he's short."
