Somehow I missed it and when I realize that I thought oh I want to watch you show more afghans and more squares. I had given up and thought that the post office probably lost it. Glad to know it arrived!
Glad you made it through. Battery operated camping lanterns are your best friend during power outages. I bought one for every room and a couple to carry after we lost power for days after remnants of a hurricane in 2008. The North side gets the most if away from coast and worries of surge.

Lynanne, glad you and Tom are okay. I have lived out here for 40 plus years and I have to tell you I have never seen a storm like Milton. It did nothing of the norm. I however didn't lose electric it flickered on and off, but I never lost it. But like you no sleep. Small amount of debris to clean up. The howling of the wind was unreal. Your blanket is beautiful as are the squares.
We live in Sarasota, but not an evacuation zone. Very scary, but only had minor damage to pool cage. Power and internet back at 2:45 today, Friday. Our area is a mess, but it could have been worse. Thankful to have crochet youtubers and crochet to keep my sanity!!
