I appreciate your insights on the utilities stocks--I agree we should drop our biases against certain industries and make buy decision purely via price action. I've completely missed the utility move bc "you're not supposed to buy slow-moving utilities"...

Hi Dave, at what point do you decide if something is a higher low or just a minor rallye in a stpck turning around?
Let's take your chart of UAL as an example, after a significant rise a higher low is formed! Is it a higher low or is it turning around but doing a minor rallye? Is RSI influencing your decision or is it only to be named a higher low once the previous high was exceeded as well? (Confirmed Higher low once higher high followed soon afterwards?)

David, On the MRNA chart, it also looks like a cup and handle, doesn’t it, besides an inverted head and shoulders?
Not seeing a cup and handle, which would need a much broader, rounded bottom for the cup. More of an inverted H&S IMO! D
