I ended up with three loops before my body said nope! That Elephant Mountain race 6 days earlier might have had something to do with it. Thank you for the footage of me coming down Echo! It's cool to see myself running in slow motion. I'm now famous.

Love this trail. Up and back on the echo canyon trail about 1 hr & 12 minutes was my best. But love going up echo, descending down cholla, and running back around through the side street to the starting point. Good stuff. About 1 hour & 35 minutes ishy to get that all accomplished. Nice clip!!
