Sir What about the landowner and Builder share agreements dispute. I did a case in RERA. A.O unnecessarily stretch the case for 2 years. Apart from Development Agreement he talked on every matter. Ironically even went far as my title possession. Then moved to Chairman (RERA). He changed and flipped his final order overnight and dispose the case. (hope you understand why) In his 2nd last order Builder was fully wrong and has committed frogery and has been ordered not to sell any flats. However in last order opening statement builder came white clean and they are allowed to sell the flats. Then challenged the same in REAT. They ordered RERA to expeditiously look into the case. However, 3 months are over. My case is not even listed yet. Now, my case is in Civil Court for cancellation of Development Agreement. Now, kindly help me by providing supporting case order and judgement to win my case.

I and some of my other home buyers also filed complaint against our builder in RERA appellate for delayed possession for 1&1/2 yr, fighting since last 2-3 yrs still no results as builders lawyer is delaying it for en number of reasons.Because of financial burden we took possession but still case is going on, my lawyer advice me to file complaint against builder in consumer court also,will it help please guide

I had booked a flat with 5% booking amount and I decided to cancel the booking and requested the real Eastate company not to present my second cheque of 5% payment but the company encashed this cheque also and I had not been supplied even the booking application form or BBA agreement and I didn’t sign any document only my grandson who had gone to submit the first cheque had written my name on the form which the company claims it an application form and now company telling me that my Rs 20 lacs booking amount will not be returned and booking can not be cancelled

Useless information, in India getting justice is near to impossible.. kab case file Kiya kab judgement aya.. aur yese kitne cases pending hai.. Indian govt should sell complete judiciary to private.. privatize it and put regulator on top of it.. then see how cases are resolved at fast pace
