It's a toss up for me what I like better. In the early days the show made the most sense because the rawness and supposed unprofessionalism was more believable, which they certainly played up to savage effect; but in the late 80s when they where clearly on fire it had an additional momentum and it was even more absurd because you were firmly *understood* to be in on the joke and they didn't have to give you a wink and a nod in any way. It became blatant, which for awhile made it seem even wilder. Obviously the writers in the late 80s and early 90s were unstoppable as well.
Funny to see some different players in this clip. Don’t believe I’ve seen the drummer before, and never saw Robert Morton appear in a skit, Pretty high energy comedy bits here!
Mosquitoes.... official New Jersey State Bird.

Incredible casino skit! 😅 Plus, guess which band the band is thinking of in their heads on the outro tune. Thanks Don.

Wait is the letter #2 a containment suit, or a spacesuit, and if it's the latter, is it another gordon cooper reference?

I was playing some baccarat when Wayne Newton brings a maniac with a bomb and says....
Would be too close to home. I love Paul, really, really I do.
