Apologies, those are my wireless headphones which have an unfortunate habbit of powering themselves off whenever I switch tabs on my pc. I haven't found a way to disable the annoying sound notification but I'll pay better attention and edit it out if it happens again.
For sure. Even though the bots don't heal, the bandage box is really useful when you're defending a position. Sadly you can't put a medic in a riflemen squad, even though they would benefit the most from having one.
Are You saying it's better to have a Sniper in a Radio Squad instead a Radio in a Sniper Squad?. I've been playing the Game for 2 days and i'm just focusing in Snipers (Suits My playstyle)
@luisalejandro6408 Yes. Radio men in other squads are always stuck at 2+ minute (whatever the time is) cooldowns between arty calls. The Radio squad unlocks accelerated cool downs allowing only that squad to call in a strike every minute(ish).
The medics DO heal other injured soldiers, but ONLY if they are set to follow you, and ONLY if they too aren't busy doing anything else, like fighting. Which means they basically only heal if you're stationary and out of combat.
In a general sense, killing enemies would be better than healing. Unfortunately the AI is pretty awful at the former by design, so if they healed more often it'd probably be a pretty decent passive score+XP boost.
Thanks!!! I think I did pretty good but there's still room for improvement. I am working on a guide for the new guerrilla squads which will a bit more of a deep dive into the newest squad class.
The assaulter on needing ammo bag, this is mitigated when you unlock a second primary. The catch is you need a second SMG that has a different magazine or bullet to have its own ammo pool instead of sharing the same ammo pool. When you can do that, switching to another gun is faster than reloading is an option.
That is definently a good option for assaulters. Running two different smgs that specialize in close range and mid/long range is a viable strategy. For example using a Federov and a drum mag ppsh, or an mp40 and a Beretta m1918.
The medic is such a hit and miss, they could have instead been a more support class, that perhaps offers an area of effect healing rather than just give people bandages, it's a very niche class that absolutely no one uses outside of people who haven't unlocked assaulters yet
Very good ranking of all in-game squads, but I would rank sniper squads a bit higher because their weapons, while unsuitable for pushing the point, have a unique advantage compared to all other weapons in-game. Snipers, with their scopes, provide a unique capability. Therefore, sniper squads can be a very good addition to the team. Snipers don’t win games, but they significantly help teams to win
AT may not be strong, but it's easily one of the best for getting lots of points. Like I make sure ti have an AT gunner on every squad I have to get those juicy points
@@hauptkommissarbushido5157 Oh, for sure. Having 3 Mortarmen and 1 Engineer tends to work for me on them. Gives you around 60 mortar shells to work with and when you're done you move up and establish a rally point on the way to objective.
@@beninthehills8155 You can build ammo boxes, someone made a tutorial on this, they built 3 ammo boxes and then placed a mortar in the middle of them so they can collect ammo while they fire shells, he ended up getting a world record with that method and I also got the Specialist achievement using that method Idk if that still works though
Another thing that makes the Sniper squad pretty pointless is that if you have any other squad with one sniper on it, it can basically be a sniper squad except with more soldiers. How? Let's say you get a good flanking position, or position with good visibility on the enemy's path to the objective. Build an ammo box with your engineer. When your sniper dies, just grab the sniper rifle with someone else, fill up at the ammo box, and boom: new sniper. This is more practical with the snipers than other classes since you're more likely to have some cover and distance from enemies.
Nah flamethrower is definitely above assaulters. They can single handily wipe whole objectives and cause chaos. They can also have 2 assaulters and an engineer in the squad too.
I used to have a sniper squad which had the 3 snipers, a radio operator an engineer and an assault if I’m not wrong, that thing went crazy when defending points if you were in a good spot, idk if you guys remember but once there was a bug in which you could equip engineers with machine guns, well that squad with an engineer with an MG42 with essentially unlimited ammo was an absolute unit no wonder why they removed that bug so quick
Paratroops are good, dont need nerf... If you have average enemy you actually cant even fully deploy them bc they just dying before landing 😀 And u stuck with 2 of them instead 6 ..
I understand what you mean with Paratroopers being OP sometimes, but i would not nerf them in any way because if they perform well depends mainly on your enemys because at least 3 of 5 matches you have at least one enemy that sees you landing and kills your whole Squad befor you can even look around (that is my experience playing BR2 and BR3 matches) but in the remaining matches they are either just very usefull or absolute OP depending on the Situation, especialy when one objektiv got captured and you capture the new one befor the enemy can even respond or you simply flank the enemy or build a rallypoint in behinde the objektiv
Mortar squad is the most underrated one and should be Top Tier. You can absolutly destroy the whole defender team. Especially on a open objective with not much cover. They have no other choice then fleeing. And at the same moment if i have luck, my teammates taking the objective. Got countless games were i didnt die once and 100+ kills.
Even if the medic class may not be that good, I REFUSE to abandon it because of the massive impact it made on me becoming a fairly good enlisted player, I know i know, i have to move on, but the medic class is really goated to beginners. And man, don't even get me started in the guns, cause i am a Germany main, we get the Luftwaffe drilling, and berretta 1918, and those guns hit hard to me
13:27 considering that most of the time on the radio operator spuad i most of the time not know where the enemy would be at or where they would aproach so until then i then to at least drop two ammo crates on the objetive if we are defending (and if neccesary one near me lol) and one time i was able to make use of the smoke artillery to give some visual cover to my team on this one anoying desert map that becames imposible to push past the brigde but we were all stuck on trying to cap the first point because we got uptiered to face a damm sherman camping on a hill angled so the tanks the game have to my team to "counter" it weren't able to do shit to it before it taken out the tanks xD
I've definently found uses for smoke artillery, but it's much more effective when you're in a vc with other players. The smoke lasts between 30 and 45 seconds, and it doesn't show anything on the minimap for either your team or the enemy. It's nearly impossible to coordinate a push with a bunch of randoms, but if you have squadmates on call you can pop smoke and push the objective without getting shot by greyzone defenders. Overall it's niche but can be super useful as a line of sight blocker.
@@josephbubash1662 yeah i figured it out instantly so the next 3 times i tried use it as i see my team try to push in again, like it was creepimg barrage from ww1 but with smoke instead xD and considering the map layout and that there was a enemy plane up i couldn't use arty efficently or the bombers due of said plane, so i felt basicly useless that match considering at the time i was trying to level up other squads so i wasn't using my most usefull ones
Why are you recording your full audio output anyway? The only audio sources you'd need for a video like this is your mic, and then you add the music as a separate track during editing.
Apologies. This was my first video I made with me actually talking and I didn't know better. If you watch either of my recent videos on flamethrowers or the battlepass weapons the audio quality is signifcantly better. My voice is now recorded on a seperate track and processed via Audacity so it sounds much higher quality than just a raw mic recording. The music is also better balanced with the rest of the video.
