The tape was produced by Sunprise, a tourism company that strangely, offers just one destination: Berksaut Forest.
The tape was found in a camcorder with a bunch of camping gear and clothes.
I remember my trip with the scouts here.

The language content, I had been presuming was the result of the videos being produced by nonhuman entities with an imperfect grasp of their prey's language. If it is in fact the result of the creator's own imperfect English, I think it actually serves the purpose I imputed to it well.

With this interesting take, I can almost forgive the creator for not having a proofreader. Almost, because it's a problem in the other videos, too. Always have a (competent) native speaker proofread, if possible, even when working in your mother tongue. It's just good practice.

it's the little things like the restricted area shown a bit earlier then it was discussed, and the fact that it's over half the forest... and the fact you have to stay almost 700 feet away from the fence guarding it

Joke aside, neat video, liked the implications. The sudden cuts of the music were as if someone re-recorded the tape's content multiple times. Might be unintended.

This series is criminally underrated.
i suggest using the avisynth vhs effect, if these videos are made in the .avi file format ot would work without a doubt. using the avisynth vhs effect makes it look and even sound more like a vhs tape this is a still a really great vhs effect but avisynth vhs effect will give you a more authentic look and sound. like i said, still great effect and great video!
"Berksaut Forest Tour Guide" is an informative tape seemingly produced around 1989, with strange snippets of a tape from 1991 in certain sections.
The tape gives info on various parts of the forest, the surrounding town, and various other things. The tape is overall very strange and has off-putting safety advice. The mysterious snippets found seemingly overwriting the original informative tape do not help, showing various off-putting things ending with the cameraman seemingly dying.
Notes:
During the section showing the campsites, Camp B is not mentioned, skipping from A to C.
Sunprise Tourism Co. went bankrupt in Fall of 1987. What remained of the company was later auctioned off for somewhere in the neighborhood of 20,000 dollars.
and it was later revealed that staying in Camp B will get you kidnapped by the Cabin Man

Well look at L O C A L 5 8, "You Are On the Fastest Available Route". It looks like it fits in the somewhat-disjointed timeline of the story Straub is building somewhere around the 80s or 90s, but has footage dated 2014.

If the price and accommodations were right and quarantined , I'd just keep my ass far away from the east side and that fence, And stay well barricaded in with supplies, A weapon and a few books and turn the tv off long before midnight. How much worse could it be besides what's going on out here right now?

Some tour guide. It forgot to mention the awesome giant talking spiders. Got lost off one of the rails once and this massive, eight-legged creature was nice enough to direct me back to the trail. Also , I’d recommend not bringing your kids to the park you might run into the nudists that live in the trees. They have clothes they just don’t wear them. They just leave em all around their trees, it’s horrid

Again, some definite odd phrasing here. Should be "Special Restrictions", not "Special Restricts", and "Restricted area". "If you are lost", not "if you lost yourself"... "Past midnight", not "Passed midnight", and dollar signs go in front of the monetary value, not behind it. I'm getting the distinct impression that the creator's first language isn't English, in which case... well, that tracks, and it's entirely understandable. English is less one language, and more three languages in a trenchcoat standing on each other's shoulders.
That said, this is a distinctly weaker video than the previous two. Yes, we've got stronger confirmation that the spiders are a thing (perhaps too strong at this point, really giving away the source of the dread here). The early "DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ROOM AFTER MIDNIGHT" messages are too strongly worded. It would, perhaps, be better to phrase it as "There is a strictly enforced midnight curfew," with an addition of "All TV broadcasts in the area cease from midnight to 6 AM; your hotel's TV will not be operational during these periods". Likewise, the message to succumb at the end feels... strange. If the tape is meant as a lure for people to enter the woods, why wouldn't it gloss over the dangers (perhaps in increasingly obvious ways)? If the tape IS meant as a warning, why wouldn't it be MORE direct? It just feels incongruous.

As for the content notes, I agree, the warnings would be better phrased as something like, "There is a security curfew from midnight to 6:00 AM. You might as well stay in your room anyway. There is nothing interesting happening out there at night anyway." Likewise, "All television broadcasts end at midnight every night. Turn off your television at midnight - static is very irritating to the nerves, so be sure you turn your television off by midnight, and leave it off until 6:00 AM."

I cant lie the grammatical errors almost took me out of it
my interpretation is that... just like us humans, these entities have their own individuality or inner conflict, where one simply wants to live on their own like normal, the others wants to conquer humans and became Apex Predator of the foodchain, so the first group tried their way to communicate and help human in their own abilities,
the "Jimmy" story ended up with "Making new friend" in ambiguity without giving us the obvious fate of Jimmy, while the other story ended with something obviously Malicious, Mass Convulsing, "Devil's Daughter"

Why would you have campsites in an area where you are "restricted" from leaving a hotel room (and so presumably any building) past midnight? Seems like you would have nature observation areas, perhaps parks, but that have forbidden camping on those sites.
