I would like to point out a correction. At about 4 min mark during the video, you said that alpha chain of MHC class 1 is polymorphic because it has 3 domains and beta chain only has 1 domain so it is nonpolymorphic. But actually polymorphic means that it shows variation in different people. Whereas the beta chain is nonpolymorphic because it remains same in all. I don't think that the word polymorphic indicates how domains there are but it indicates whether variation is seen or not.
