They are playing a heavily modded version of the game that has a lot of different roles. Two of these are called "Nice Guesser" and "Evil Guesser"... Evil Guesser is an imposter role where in addition to the regular kill option in game they have the option to kill in the meeting - but only if they know what role the person is. If they guess someone as the wrong role, they die themselves. So you have to be sure! Same goes for the nice guesser - except their job is to guess the imposter roles. Again - they die if they guess wrong.
I'll try to explain the roles they used during this stream: Imposter roles: Evil guesser: (explained in previous comment) Witch: can kill normally, but can also curse people so they die at the end of the next meeting unless the witch is voted out (or killed) Morphling: can morph into other people (it used to mean that they couldn't vent, but I'm not sure that how it works in the newer updates) Neutral roles: mostly solo roles, meaning they have to win on their own Jackal: pretty much same as imposter, but has to kill both the crew and the impostors Jester: wins if they are voted out in a meeting Vulture: eats the dead bodies and wins if they eat 5 Lawyer: is assigned a client at the start (either an impostor or another neutral role) and they win if their client wins.
