This is a master at work. I've been to 4 different chiropractors and none of them even seem to understand how the spine and foundation work. It's frustrating.

Dr Rahim you have encouraged me to seek a Gonstead practioner here in Brisbane Australia. I have just been so loving this chiropractic style of a little research on the patient first before going hell for leather and using aggressive techniques like others do without initial investigations. My first session is this weekend. I am nervous but excited.

Excellent progress in today’s appointment. Great job, Dr. Rahim. It’s wonderful to her smiling and laughing more. Someday I’ll make it to see you. This gal and I have a LOT in common - physically and emotionally. My TMJ and left foot as well. I saw you work on her left navicular, and I think that’s the same area where I’m in so much pain.

It’s interesting how the defenses come down slowly when patients realize they are safe and can trust the doctor’s judgment as well as experiencing the relief of healing! And it’s interesting to see how different patients defenses are expressed. Self preservation. (I still want to know if the body might have it’s own reaction to invasive procedures. Like if piercings can cause an inflammation response or be perceived as an injury or insult by the body system.)

    • @DrRahim

It’s not used in the gonstead system of chiropractic. The system is designed to located the offending bone(s) out of alignment causing swelling of the disc resulting in nerve pressure, along with assessing the foundation of the body. It is not a gross manipulation procedure of the spine.
