Little Witch Academia's System of Limiting Magic

This is a re-edit and re-upload of a previous video. for some reason this ended up being one of the favorites of both myself, my audience for the podcast, and even has the highest views of all my early TH-cam vids. So I imagine out of all my videos, that one would deserve the most effort.
On this episode of magic system Monday we will discuss my takeaway from specific aspects of the magic system in Little Witch Academia, specifically as they pertain to how the series addresses limits. It wasn't the most unique thing ever, but the goal isn't always to make something completely new. Often, the way we structure a thing itself is the determining factor of it's success. Its the little bits and pieces that count.

I was also expecting a mention of the conflict that happened during the second part of the series, when "new magic" is introduced, that combines technology and magic to produce the machines Croix used that were frowned upon by the older witches; as that was a revamp of the magic system in the series.

Its funny that there are mages/warlocks, one shows up in one episode, now I wonder where men go to study magic xd.

I agree. Apparently there is some debate about that online, but I don't know where all the evidence comes from. Apparently there is some other material that I'm not aware of.
