This video is a bit on the slow side, especially for such a simple, common recipe. But the drink is fantastic and anyone considering trying should absolutely do so. I had it the first time when I was in the middle east. It quickly became my favorite beverage of all time.

Am a barista.
Now if i have your attention, i would like to talk about his/her method of making that nice drink.
If you’re in a bar or a coffee shop and had an order of lemon & mint, don’t go that way of making it.
Just chop off some mint leaves and add lemon juice on the to of it with some ice, sugar and water.
You’re job is to make fresh, delicious and beautiful drinks.
