Would it be wise to get my GED if I already have a high school diploma and have already been to college but didn’t finish? I’m 33 years old and I was a terrible student in both high school and college but now I want to go back to college and I would like to do on a full academic scholarship. If I got my GED and studied hard for the SAT and ACT I would I be able to bypass giving schools my old high school college transcripts? If I’m completely wasting my time on a pipe dream please let me know lol
Oh, wow, I’ve never heard of that before, and I admire your ambition to start again! I think the best person to answer this question would be the admissions office at a college you’re hoping to attend. Sometimes colleges have a liaison for nontraditionally aged students specifically who might know more. I’m wishing you a lot of luck.
