Size of shares reserved for public is small so oversubscription is a cake walk so allotment may be a remote chance I feel inspite of expensive valuations

Whenever the Government is involved the payments are always delayed which is not good for any company particularly for the ones who are new entrants in the market.

Industry PE is more than 70. Compare the stock to its Industry not from other sector
