@@JaydeepParmar-i4y you cant cause your phones architecture only can run 64 bit apps and cant run 32 bit. Wich is why you cant download
Bro i use an custom rom based on a13 and i m unable to use 32bit bgmi It always crash while openingNative crash segmentation fault

for example if I changed it to arm64_v8a which is 32 bit operating system then I cannot install 64 bit apps till I recover it to 64, right?
I don't really understand what you mean but, you can not install 64bit abi on a 32bit os

This method is not modifying anything permanently, you are specifying the abi you want to be installed
If you do a normal install like from playstore or on your file manager, the os will choose the 64bit abi,

You can't have both at the same time, one abi will replace another one
