I am an introvert. I have difficulty in making conversations when I am with a group of friends or known people. But i can do a single stage performance/ speech , can talk to one or two people (known/unknown) for hours. But in a group of people I will feel really alone and I cannot be a part of the team. I might be speaking only to someone who is talking to me(one or two sentence maximum)or will be remain silent when I am in a group. My colleague is an exovert and but she has social anxiety. She is excellent in communicating in team or group of friends but she cannot address them alone due to her social anxiety. But she can do that when someone with her. But i feel comfortable when I am alone. Note: no one is complete introvert or extrovert, everyone has different levels of comfort in different situations. Some people might be a mix of both. Social media posts/ videos are mostly misleading as most of the content creators don’t know exactly what is what.

I am also an introvert to my so called relatives, neighbours , etc.. but when it comes to my fav persons in life , i becomes free talker
