Eh unless a mechanic is added what can you do, besides giving mixpackers karma is one of the most satisfying things you can do, if you succeed
@@StelloTyrannus There really should be a mechanic that discourages mixpacking, maybe there could be a stress mechanic. If you spend too much time near an animal that isn't your species, you start getting debuffs to health, damage, and stamina. However, if herbivores mixpack with other herbivores, it's okay, but carnivores mixpacking with herbivores or other carnivores will give them the debuffs.
@@jacobcox4565 I agree I’ve seen some videos going into detail on this and I think it could work well if executed properly. It should be something that can be disabled on community servers tho so people who do wanna mixpack have a place to do so. Just not on officials

I just played my very first Carno to adulthood, by being a rat living off AI. First thing I did as an adult ? Flew over a ravine, that was well hidden behind a bush and died instantly....
Yea there’s a certain ravine on the northern part of the map that EVERYONE falls into at some point, more experienced players memorize where it is and can avoid it entirely. But it’s also a consequence of poor map design in this version of the isle. We’re supposed to get a new map called gateway very soon which will fix a lot of the problems spiro has

It’s worth it if you can get the nutrients and escape quickly, you just spawned so it’s not like you got anything to loose if you die
