I just love all the textures and colors you chose for this. I've included this video into my playlist support list for Artists, Beaders and Crafters. So, hopefully that will help you reach both of these new YT goals. Love these, but never made any before. I made a very simple purse charm with ribbon once and just a few beads. I was too afraid lots of beads would come apart on her large purse. lol. Nice idea for planner charms, as you mention. Lovely!
So much awesome information Deb! You have taught me so much that I didn't know! I made a couple charms and realize now how much I did incorrectly! Thank you so much for this! Very, very helpful!
Sherri, there are different ways to make charms. This is just one way, so you probably didn't do things incorrectly - just differently. Glad you found this helpful though. Hugs!
Yes, this is a very old video. I'm glad you could get some tips though. I have a 2nd channel now just for jewelry - called Dahlia Designs - Jewelry and More.
Wonderful tutorial! You do gorgeous work 😊 I have never really used the wrapped technique to attach beads and dangles to my purse charms. I'm actually not that great at doing the wire wrapping lol. But I have found that the jump rings I get at Walmart, they are made with heavier gauge wire (at least to me they seem very sturdy), and I don't really have a problem with them coming open. Maybe I've just been lucky lol 😁
Well, not really the best tutorial, but my camera at the time was even worse than my phone. I still haven't got a good set up for tutorials. Thanks for watching it though! I really appreciate it!
Alicia, lol, not sure where you were, but Thank You. I see you've been making lots of tutorials lately. I watched some, but I have to stop because we make some similar things and I don't want to use your creativity to boost mine, if you know what I mean. Hugs! Thanks for watching!
studio.th-cam.com/users/video713t-fX12GI/edit All my jewelry tutorials start with VT00x (with x being a number, like 1, 2, 3, 4...). I only have 6 or 7 of them and the first 4 were done in 2017 when I first started making videos, so I'll apologize up front for the quality).
I will take that into consideration for future videos. This was made Ages ago with an old camera and soon after I just started on TH-cam. Hope to make more tutorials soon that should be better quality. TFW
As a newbie I love your detail, and the result is most likely going to be beautiful however, when you attempted to give us a close up you were not in focus most of the time. Also, when you were showing a specific step how to, you were not in the camera- your hand was above the frame.
I would love to make tutorials too, I have no idea how to set up a camera, or tripod or what kind of camera to use. If you find out please get in touch with me. Thanks Noreen.
Very nice, I love the colors you've chosen so far. Can't wait to see the finished project.
These colors are perfect.

Yes, I realize this. The tutorial was when I first started in 2017. Thank you for the feedback, however.
this is really hard to watch because your not in focus. sorry
That was a first attempt at a tutorial. I haven't done any since - still trying to get better equipment and setup in place.
