    love the content big man, is there any chance on you making a step by step log press tutorial? from floor, to chest, to press. I usually struggle to clean anything over 140kg, some tips and tricks would be awesome!

    I would like to see all kinds of deadlifts movements you do to improve the overal deadlift, no matter if it is standard, axle, tyre deadlift, elephant bar... And how to combine them

    I'd love to see how you smaller muscles for stability on the log. Maybe combine that with a log press.

    I love adding in some education! I’m considered shorter for my weight class, would love to see some content on tips to Load stones, I’m always an inch or two from completing the lift

    I regardes of walking with the yoke there are several ways that at said. For example shuffelig through the hips (Loz), or imagining walking on train tracks (Mark Boyd). Do you have any thought what is important to maximize foot speed?

    Good tutorial. I was eating and watching this and had to take a break form eating because I laughed so hard when the athlete in training put his foot multiples inches beyond an inch, it was hilarious.

    Great video hicksy 💪 if you were prepping for a competition and the weight for deadlift for reps was X, would you train heavier to be stronger or reach the target weight and focus on getting those reps in?

      My back was pretty bad but I just had an injection in it and then surgery on a hernia
