@@ArchmageMelek We're all scrambled down here, Georgie. If I were an egg I feel like I would be an over medium egg. I'd like to be on a slice of carroway rye with the Hot Ones Classic hot sauce. Maybe a slice of cheddar on top melted.
@@ArchmageMelek With you on everything except the mustard. Mustard and egg is not to my taste lol. But onion and cheese is for sure. Do you prefer your onion cooked or raw with your egg?
Well, I add it at the beginning with the egg, so I guess it cooks along the way. For other more complex recipes like curries, chillis or stews, I tend to caramelise them first in some sugar & butter.

Just add some finely diced cheese & onion with a teaspoon of English mustard to my scramble and that about sums me up. XD
