What I
Love about this is the courage and vulnerability that both parties were willing to do . And sometimes it’s scary to support a complete stranger because of the fears that come with the unknown … but every time I’ve shown kindness I never regret it
this shows how people are beautiful and kind
Every time I see these selfless dedications, I always end in tears.

This is an incredibly brave thing to do; crying in public has been an unwritten no-go for centuries now, but there she sits.
It might be very well that the people want to help if they notice her, but are afraid for some reason, just like you said.
2:13 for example, the guy was probably with his girlfriend. The girl sitting on the bench is incredibly stunning to be honest; so it might be that his girlfriend would be jealous if he'd approach the girl on the bench.
I'm saying this without judging though; everyone indeed has their reasons and this might be one of those.
But this is some great social experience right there. Wonderfully done!
