I only have the older version and love the ease of use for on the go weekends or for travel. For me it works well as a light setting powder, applied with a fluffy brush over sheer tinted moisturizer or just a bit of concealer. Love your posts, Allison. Keep up the great work!
I have tried other bare minerals products and they are very good products. Eye shadows are very nice and mineral veil and concealer and foundations, all worked for me. And the price is amazing. About the Saturday uploads… I don’t think it matters when you upload, as long as it’s a quality content❤️ We can watch it any time😁 Thank you❤️

I'd love to see the new Dior Velvet Foundation. Especially I'd like a wear test. I wore the Armani Powder Foundation (discontinued) during the pandemic so I'm looking for a new one. I'm using the Chanel Water Fresh Tint again, now that we aren't wearing masks as much. And I love the Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation too. But sometimes a powder is just a better choice. Especially in extreme heat. So please try more of them. Especially the Dior. That is just sitting in my basket waiting for the next VIB Rouge sale and I'd love to narrow the color down. I can figure out whether I would need the neutral 2, 2.5, or 3. Please help! And thanks for the video. You look lovely. 💚
I know you only cover high end /luxury on your channel, but the Maybelline infallible powder foundation is great. I’m wearing the loose powder Bare Minerals foundation today. I have dry skin and it works fabulous with a dewy setting spray for me. Newish subscriber here….love the vibe of your content 😘

I'm always down for a bonus video 🥰 this powder looks so beautiful! I find bareminerals is a very underrated brand. I used to use their loose powder foundation for skin with acne and wow it was so good 😍 I used it when I had terrible cystic acne and it covered so well. My skin is doing so much better since then so I don't use it anymore but I think I definitely want to try this powder out 🇨🇦

I have this powder foundation in 30 medium cool. I used the corresponding chart but it is a little too dark. I will get one shade lighter. I really enjoy powder foundation, even on my mature skin, and this one is exceptional. I also still love Mac's Studio Fix. I switch between powder foundations and Chanel's CC cream and Chanel's Water Fresh Tint.
How about Laura Geller comparison? I loveeeee LG baked balance-n-brighten powder foundation but BR one just about the same…..hmmm would be nice to know 😁
As much as I enjoyed the bonus video, don’t commit to one every week. Things come up on the weekend, especially family and social commitments, and you should be free to enjoy those without the pressure of uploading. Make it a true surprise bonus- just when you want to ..people will appreciate it more. As an aside, I used the original version of this during menopause. It was literally the only foundation that would stay on my skin. When I could I went back to my comfort zone liquid and cream foundations. It seems like it’s a bit friendlier to dry skin now which is good because at my age- I need all the moisture I can get.
