The theming, setting, and containment procedures for this remind me a lot of Demon La Hire (also by Kaktus, though it’s a rewrite of an old, now-deleted Series 1 article). Also extremely reminiscent of the Old Gods of Appalachia podcast, especially the idea of the supernatural evil buried deep under the mountains “older and more evil than Satan himself” and the vengeful witch who meets with it at the bottom of a mine.
Yeah this is definitely DJK's love letter to Old Gods of Appalachia. It's an incredible series and I have no doubt he's a big fan as well. It could very easily slot right into the scp universe.

The fact the SCP Foundation is just ok with supplying a demonic entity/possessed woman with a regular supply of demonic/human spawn for an unknown purpose is a little...odd. I get it prevents a pretty dangerous containment breach scenario, but still, this should get some resources to possibly neutralize or at least slow.
Oh dear...are you new to the scp universe? This barely scratches the surface of the lengths that the foundation will go to to prevent anomalies from breaching containment. Look at project Montauk or the Deer God containment ritual. The traditional logic of the scp foundation is to secure, contain, and protect, in that order. They typically only neutralize anomalies when they have no other option, as it is a very dangerous thing to attempt and can often leave you with even more dangerous and unpredictable anomalies than before. That's a lesson they've had to learn many times. While this situation is horrifying, considering the fact that the human subjects survive and can go on to live normal lives after the age of 32, this is a pretty easy cost for the foundation to approve. Is it possible that they're feeding the power of an entity who will come back to haunt them? Sure. But every time they deviate from what they know keeps it contained, they are rolling some extremely dangerous dice.

Few SCPs I think can compare are (1) that crooked man scp origin tale with a buttload of really horrendous and utterly inhumane crimes, (2) the saturn deer god containment ritual, (3) that scp that has that non-decaying deceased corpse of an old lady giving birth to seemingly normal but high pitch screeming infants (the same riske scp involving a certain relative of said deceased performing sex rituals and is compelled by a demonic succubus like force, of tartarean, which any mention or or text of tartarean mentioned near the babies would make them screech in high unholy pitches as they fear something particularly demonic or something), (4) SCP-2254 - The Demon La Hire & The Valley of Lust, same one that produces highly deformed babies (Kaktusverse related), (5) SCP-4666 - The Yule Man, as even with that one survivor girl that escaped, we still don't know the full extent of the horrors that yule man unleashes, upon them affected kids, (6) SCP-231, that one with the scarlet king 7 brides SCP-231-7, the birthed monstrosities that came about, in which half of them are still unknown, the 110-Montauk procedure and maybe (maybe not) even related to The Ritual used for "containing" SCP-2317, also known as Procedure 220-Calabasas. SCP-2317 ("The Door to Another Dimension") is a wooden door that, when stepped through, transports the user to Universe-Kappa-Erikesh where SCP-2317-K was contained at.

It was sacked, as the mine was abandoned, but it wasn't entirely destroyed, and its veins still run deep beneath the earth, concealing nameless things hiding at the bedrock of the world.
Oh goodie, a classic horror-style standalone SCP! :D This one reminds me of 231-7, as “traumatic demonic pregnancy” also plays a major role there. But this one seems “tamer” despite the more explicit details. For one, the chosen hosts can get amnesticized and move on with their lives after a certain point. They also have a community that they can (hopefully) turn to for emotional support. But of course, this also means that now a larger pool of victims have to suffer “for the greater good”, and they also have to deal with an oppressive culture that guilts them into compliance. Yet another perfect example of the Foundation being forced to choose the lesser of two evils for the sake of humanity.
Though it was a negative emotion, I think a piece that evokes strong feelings makes it a good piece. Honestly I haven’t felt this sort of avulsion to an SCP document sense reading montauk or the seven brides.

See, this is one of those where I believe the ethics committee gets it wrong. It's more torture to keep the facade going, instead of letting one teenage pregnancy get "fixed" or, push a really great planned parenthood facade, by purposely creating a substitute child every event cycle.
I think the point of the story is that, sometimes, there is no good answer and somebody is going to have to eat a shit sandwich to solve the problem. It is a, six of one and half a dozen of the other, solution.

@@trenchmouse2438 while I can't say I'm 100% certain because I'm not inside the author's mind, I'm pretty sure this is an obvious allegory for reproductive rights and women being forced to carry unwanted pregnancies to completion, mostly by men motivated by religious beliefs and a lack of empathy.
They were so blunt with the message than even I as a man, and a pretty dense one, figured it out by the end of it. I don't quite agree with the framing, or all of the ideas being presented, but I must admit it's effective tho.

She's 19, and the intro says there _have_ been rare births outside those age ranges when there were no other women or girls fitting the criteria present. So she must have had 3 pregnancies back to back to back, which leads to the question of what happened to every other woman in the community.
