    I liked your explanation about what it means to have more planets in the top half of the chart versus the bottom half of the chart. How about having a bunch of planets on the left side of the chart versus the right side of the chart? How is that interpreted?

    • @websurfer5772

      I read that planets on the right means everything is given to you (but that can be good and bad) and planets on the left mean you have to work for everything you want and need.

    8th house stellium in Leo feels like the themes of Legacy, Gratefulness, Autonomy, unexpressed Potential and the "what do we owe to each other?" philosophy are the main ingredients of my experiences. I'm blessed with good people and great teachers like Acyuta.🙏🔥💚

    Yay! Stelliums! I've got one in Aries in the 9th. Sun/Moon/Mercury/Venus. I'm definitely a posterchild for the 9th house. Lived and traveled in/to many different countries, married a foreigner, worked as a teacher and doing divination. My real passion for the past 15 years is astrology though! I got into it when I had my first child because I was so curious about her Sun sign (Libra!) as I wasn't so familiar with any Libras in my own life! But I definitely love the 9th house. 😊

    Another question - does the fact that an aspect is applying or separating make any difference. For instance, say a native had Sun at 19 Aquarius and Mars at 13 Taurus. That is a separating aspect, but the Sun is still in the superior position. Does the separating have any affect? In newer astrology, that would be a less important aspect...

      Would you be willing to share how the current stellium in Capricorn is affecting you? I have all my inner planets in a stellium in Aquarius in the 10th house -- and I've had an awesome year! I magically found a new job in February and I feel passionate about working with my students who are trying to carve out their careers and find meaningful jobs within Covid times. How about you?

      @@kalik148 Glad to hear that you have a had an awesome year. My job has been good this year too but mostly on the monetary front not the passion part. Since I have Taurus rising the Capricorn stellium has been in my 9th house-which has not been as bad as some have experienced but I wouldn't describe my year as awesome. Uranus has been squaring my sun forever and my moon in Aries has not enjoyed the very long Mars retro so lots of challenges like many have experienced this past year.

      @@megaaquarius thanks for letting me know how you're uranus in Taurus is affecting your Sun in Aquarius and how the stellium in Capricorn is affecting you. Uranus in Taurus won't be squaring my sun until it gets closer to 15°.... So where is your MC? Mine is at 23° Capricorn in the 9th house--which could be why I'm enjoying my job so much.

    I set up two new LLCs on the May 2013 solar eclipse with a huge stellium in Taurus. I think there were six or seven planets in Taurus at the time of that new moon eclipse. Both businesses were disrupted by Uranus's transit through Taurus. I am reworking one of them right now to make them more innovative. I chose that day because of the manifestation potential there, and many Fortune 500 companies have incorporation dates on New Moons.

    Hello, Would you please speak about the upcoming years.......especially starting in 2025......when all of the Astrological indicators for civil war begin. Many of us need time to think and plan our future......and make critical decisions now---safely when there is relative peace.....rather than facing the possibility of becoming refugees trying to flee violence in our 60's or 70's for another country. Your wisdom on this important matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for considering helping us in this way. It would mean a great deal.

      Synchronicity you just showed my exact Chart-- February 4th 1962-- I have all my inner planets in Aquarius in the 10th house and I'm just about to have my Saturn return and my MC is at 23° Capricorn in the ninth house. I'm teaching social work online at a college, basically teaching what I've been doing my whole life. Lol (plus reading people's charts when I find the time)

  • @mesmer1218
    @mesmer1218 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    I think there is a similar stelliium in Aquarius on February 2 2021. That’s interesting considering you brought up the one in 1962.

    • @kalik148
      @kalik148 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's because it's a Saturn return (second one) for those born in February of 1962

    • @mesmer1218
      @mesmer1218 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@kalik148 Actually, I was talking about the stellium not the Saturn return. Planets don't always show up in a stellium of the same sigh on a Saturn return. I was off by a few days though, the stellium is on the 10th of February next year. And the one in 2021 doesn't have all the planets, such as Mars, and the outer planets, because the outer planets just move too slow. No one experiences a Pluto return. Although I didn't elaborate, I just meant it's interesting because of the synchronicity and not the actual chart example. I just find it amusing that in the 60s there was all the buzz about the Age of Aquarius, and now that whole buzz has been revived, consciously and unconsciously. My fault for not elaborating.

    • @kalik148
      @kalik148 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      And it is interesting that all the inner planets are going to be conjuncting all my inner planets in a stellium in my tenth house in Aquarius during my Saturn return except for Mars, which will be exactly conjuncting my ascendant, while at the same time Pluto is still exactly conjuncting my mid Haven which it has been all year so far. Very intense but actually very positive for me so far.

    • @mesmer1218
      @mesmer1218 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kalik148 That sounds intense, challenging and exhilarating. Are you expecting a career shift of some sort? I believe Mars is in Taurus if I remember correctly, so Mars first house with ASC in Taurus, right? Sounds like it be a thing of passion too, especially in angular houses.

    • @kalik148
      @kalik148 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@mesmer1218 LOL yes interesting combo of detached Aquarian energy and passionate Taurean energy--I've always been passionate about my work and my relationships--and feel a deep gratitude for the meaningful work and relationships I have. Interesting thing about the transits this year, starting with the Pluto Saturn conjunction in January, is that I started the year working at a college and then after covid hit, I started working from home online--very Uranian--and since my ninth house & my MC are in Capricorn--I can see how all my past experience as a feminist counselor and social worker has now led to teaching--which really just came out of nowhere (although I started teaching online in China last year--maybe that was a foreshadowing). The funny thing was just before my first Saturn return I was teaching at a university in Thailand, and then during my Saturn return I started working as a social worker in the anti-violence movement back here in Canada. So I guess it all keeps becoming cycles of the same thing--but in a maturing way. That damn Saturn conjunct Mars sure keeps me working all the time! LOL but in a good way--I know I'm lucky to be working & have been blessed with awesome students and awesome clients over the years.

    Saturn is dominating every planet in my chart except for my Scorpionic Moon and Neptune, and he's in opposition to Uranus conjunct Pluto. Saturn's responsible for bringing me chronic illness and pain too. He wants me to stay home and not be able to live a normal life so that I change and become more serious like Him, but one of my illnesses can make me more childlike so I'm not really changing in a Saturnian way. I am Gemini rising so that's part of why I come off as so young too. Dang it Saturn! It's my 2nd Saturn Return and he's right over my Stellium in Pisces as well. Ugh! Get off my back Saturn and lighten up already! 🪐

    A question - did the ancients consider above and below the horizon to be at the 0 degree of the rising sign? Or at the degree of the AC? Sometimes I feel confused if a chart is day or night because that changes if whole signs are used. Thanks if you see this.

    Top half vs bottom half heavy chart seems of little value to me. Only because I’m thinking charts are only showing or describing what we’re working with. Ie everyone engages in rships/partnerships. We’ll engage in work/study. We all come from a home/family. So I just wonder if that’s really a significant thing to place importance in or focus on. Also why I’m not super keen on chart patterns either. Everything you need to know seems to be there in the planetary, house, sign, sect and aspect significations anyway??? Nice work Acyuta and Kat 🙏

    So, this has nothing to do with the matter at hand, but I'm wondering about interceptions and transits: do the effects of transiting planets to something in an intercepted house tend to be subconscious or unrecognized? For example; I have Mars in Taurus 5° but in a cross with planets from 2° to 11° in fixed signs. I also have Taurus-Scorpio intercepted. Uranus has been playing keepaway with my chart for months, but for the most part seems to be leaving my 5(Mars)-11(Neptune) axis pretty stable. I won't say there haven't been changes; I have more online interactions with friends and groups, particularly spiritual/New Age; I'm considering a (mild) sort of online activity I would consider 5th house-ish. But upheaval? Sudden, revolutionary change? Not so much...and what change there is is mainly theoretical and speculative.... Potential more than actual....

    Does jupiter, neptune, and mercury in scorpio make a person over- obsessed with death and sex?

    • @katiecarroll415
      @katiecarroll415 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Not necessarily. It depends on the house that Scorpio rules in the chart you're referencing (assuming you're using whole sign house as your house division). If it's the 8th house, then perhaps... but if it's the 2nd house, themes around money, finance, values will be prominent in the life of the natal. Modern astrology inaccurately assigns Scorpio to the 8th house (using "the 12 letter alphabet") but ancient astrology divorces the signs from houses and planets. You should watch The Astrology Podcast's "Zodiac Sign Meanings" Part 1 + 2 as well as "Significations of the Twelve Houses" to get a better understanding of a Scorpio and more clarity on the topics of the 8th house.
