I've used this for a year... I didn't think it was possible to "erase" fine undereye lines, but my face is living proof. Seriously, this shit has done SO much for my skin, I use it twice a day. 10/10, cannot recommend it enough. My favorite lush product.
This past winter I broke out in psoriasis really badly on my face, so I went right to Lush to get a bar of this. OH MY GODDESS! Within one night sleeping with it on, my face as less red and very moisturized. I'd put it on whenever I went out in the icy wind. I can not recommend this product enough, it was absolutely a life saver for me.
I LOVE these Deep Dive videos! So helpful for online shopping and learning more about the products! Would love to see videos about the naked hot oil hair treatments, maybe a henna video too!
This serum, along with the celestial moisturizer are my absolute MUST have items. As well as anything rose argan, and that amazing scrubee. I wish you guys would make more solid lotions and shower conditioners.
I love this new video format! Full Of Grace is my favorite nighttime skincare product, every time I use it my skin feels so refreshed and supple when I wake up in the morning :)
Oh my gosh! As an In Store Trainer I would love to see a full collection of these videos done with the Lush training team! This gives me so many new ways to talk about a product my shop seems to always talk about in the same fashion!
I would if you guys would go through all your cleansers and show us how each one works and which one suites a skin type In just one video so people have reference of was cleansers suits there skin type .
I can hear Amanda for hours! Thank you for this detailed video, it was very instructive and better than your super short non informative videos! I usually turn to youtubers for product description but its nice to finally hear detailed information from lush employees!!
Hiya! I am a total lushie and I'm loving this series! I put it on in the background while doing chores around the house! I would love for an episode on body conditioners and one on jelly face masks aswell. I use both of these products on a weekly basis, but like most lush products, they take a little bit of time and practice to really get down to how to use them properly and receive all of their benefits. Thank you so much!
I wish they would build one in my area. The closest is an hour away. Not bad. But-the traffic there is horrible, so it's usually 3 hours to get there, and 2 to get back. Plus it's morbidly hot, so it's just a big mess to get there.
I've recently started using Full of Grace and I'm obsessed. My skin is impossible to deal with, and I've realized serums help to calm it down a little.
I adore Full of Grace and use it as my nightly & often daily moisturizer. Perfect for winter skin, especially. A pleasant side effect I've noticed is that it's made my eyebrows and superfine baby hairs ultra soft and shiny, my guess is due to the nourishing butters. Definitely recommend this product, thanks for featuring it!
I would love a deep dive on the toner tabs. Like are the essential oils genuinely transmitted via steam into your pores? Or are they there purely as aromatherapy?
Oh, I've been looking for a really light moisturizer from Lush to add to my routine, and I like the sound of the soothing nature of Full of Grace. I may have to pick that up next time! I would love to see a video or two about your toner range.
Id like to know more about that powder toothpaste. it seems both really wierd and really interresting. how do you use it, does it foam, why is it better then regular toothpaste?
EditSMU while we’re waiting for lush to make a video on this, i can give you a few answers! you can wet your tooth brush and dip it right into the powder. it does foam, too. i personally prefer the toothy tabs over the powder because i find it a little more sanitary, and i just like them more. with those, you crush the tab between your teeth, wet your toothbrush, and just brush. my favorite toothy tab is boom. i’ve never had a toothpaste whiten sooo much and the taste is so strange yet it’s phenomenal. you should definitely go in and get a sample of the tabs or the powder!
EditSMU i’m not sure which foams the least if i’m being honest. they don’t foam up as much as a regular toothpaste. i also find the more water i add on my brush, the more it foams so you could probably make it work for you.
Love this so much! Such a nice video and I would love to see more with other "deep cut" products like salted coconut hand scrub or the hot oil hair treatments. I would also love to see more about charity pot organizations!
I love this series. I’m really interested in skincare. I’m not sure which cleanser to choose for my skin type and the same goes for moisturizer. I would love to hear more about that topic.
Hi! Thanks for makimg these videos. I work at Lush and they help me understand the products even better! I would like to talk more about the facial moisturizers.
I love this product. I have learned that it has to soak and dry on my skin. If not; it soaks into my pillow. Also, the girls at the lush store told me to use it as Eye cream. I didn’t hear you mention that. Were they correct or am I using it wrong?
Hey I have a question can you use full of grace as a treatment for ur body as someone with skin issues I can never find anything that will help the dry red patches all over my body. Do you guys have any ideas what I can use for that? I really love lush that is all I use for my head to toe body Care😊
Our Fresh Farmacy cleanser contains similar soothing ingredients as Dreamwash and you can use it on your face and body. For a soothing bath product, take a look at Ickle Baby Bot.
Hi! I've stayed away from your beauty counter because of the reviews online. Are you planning on revamping the formula to make it last longer and wear better? I love Lush for mostly everything else, I'm excited to try this serum. 😊
I have one but I really sweat a lot, even after a shower or washing my face, I just sweat right after them so I have a hard time loving the serum a hundred percent. I wish there's something for sweaty people. I love the mask of magnaminty though cause it prevents me from sweating right after something since it actually have the sensation of cooling my face
My absolute favorite soap (and my dad's) is respect your elders. But that is the only thing that has that scent. Would you guys be open to creating more products with that scent?
I remembered getting scolded at one of their stores because I genuinely thought the serum placed on the tray was a tester and not the actual selling product. Which makes me wonder about hygiene as well. Something just doesn't feel right when the product meant for the facial skin doesn't come in a package or a box and is constantly exposed to air... to me at least.
YES! It actually helped regulate my excess oil production! It is super moisturizing so I stick to using just a little bit at bedtime and make sure to massage it in really well!
Vicky Murillo thank you so much.. I’ve always heard good reviews with this product but was always scared of trying it since i have a sensitive/oily/acne prone skin
If it’s got super concentrated ingredients, is it okay for for really sensitive skin? That’s one of the reasons I’ve been a bit scared to try a lot of lush products :/ I’m just a bit worried bc I have really sensitive skin
Marina And The Diabetes I dunno if it’s the same in America but in the UK they have not had to made a brand new black pot since 2007 because they recycle them!!
I love Lush, but I feel like you're underestimating me as a costumer. I believe in science, and there's no real scientific prof that antioxidants help the skin by applying it to the skin like that. The same goes for vitamin E. You should be honest about what actually works (like oils and butters) and what's just a gimmick and sales point.
Hey Marie! We use ingredients we know to be safe and effective, and for the effects they deliver. As an open and transparent company, we keep all of our ingredients also listed on our website with explanations on how they work, so our Lushies can definitely empower themselves on how they'd like to use them. Thanks so much for your feedback!
Totally agree with you Marie. I love Lush and I like the idea of not putting too much synthetic crap on my body, but I get kind of annoyed at these pseudoscientific facts. And @Lush, how can you say this, do you do *actual* scientific research on effectivity of ingredients?
I've used this for a year... I didn't think it was possible to "erase" fine undereye lines, but my face is living proof. Seriously, this shit has done SO much for my skin, I use it twice a day. 10/10, cannot recommend it enough. My favorite lush product.
Sally Meixner I am definitely going to try it. Thanks for your post!
Hi! Do you happen to know the life span of full of grace? I bought it last week and I forgot to ask its expiration date. Yikes.
Lush is a garden for the body 🌸
This past winter I broke out in psoriasis really badly on my face, so I went right to Lush to get a bar of this. OH MY GODDESS! Within one night sleeping with it on, my face as less red and very moisturized. I'd put it on whenever I went out in the icy wind. I can not recommend this product enough, it was absolutely a life saver for me.
This girl could sell me a bag of rocks. Take my money!
Nevie 117 seriously? She looks like a Samoan man in a dress.
I have a bridge I wanna sell u then
I LOVE these Deep Dive videos!
Marla Moon YESS that's my combo as well. My two favs
I love this new video format! Full Of Grace is my favorite nighttime skincare product, every time I use it my skin feels so refreshed and supple when I wake up in the morning :)

Oskar Vera the employees usually go through extensive training programs so they can help you if you go into a store
I can hear Amanda for hours! Thank you for this detailed video, it was very instructive and better than your super short non informative videos! I usually turn to youtubers for product description but its nice to finally hear detailed information from lush employees!!
I’d love to hear more about cosmetic warrior. I feel like that mask is so underrated, and it’s such a beautiful mask and has helped my skin so much!
Amanda you’re beautiful and so is this video! You gave full of grace the spotlight it deserves. We miss you here in AZ. Hope to see you soon friend 💘
You speak so poised and gracefully 💕 Can’t wait to try this product! Thank you for informing us in such depth!
Hiya! I am a total lushie and I'm loving this series! I put it on in the background while doing chores around the house! Is lush planning on expanding to more locations in the us? Sadly the nearest lush is 2 hours away for me.
Robot_Mari oh thats alot waste of time
I wish they would build one in my area. The closest is an hour away. Not bad. But-the traffic there is horrible, so it's usually 3 hours to get there, and 2 to get back. Plus it's morbidly hot, so it's just a big mess to get there.
Hi love! We're hoping to continue to grow and fingers crossed we'll have a shop close to you in the future! 💕🤞
Order online!
I loved this! Can't wait to see more in the future. Any new product information is great, I love learning about the products I'm using.
I’ve repurchased those twice now and will keep getting more! I love it, it makes my face so soft once it sets in and I love the smell too
This stuff has portobello mushrooms in them. I tried the tester the other day xD I love mushrooms so I’m gonna get it soon hahaha
Really liked this! Would love to hear more about the toning sprays next!
I've recently started using Full of Grace and I'm obsessed. My skin is impossible to deal with, and I've realized serums help to calm it down a little.

I would love to see lush make their version of an African black soap
They do have coalface, which is a similar soap to cleanse the face!
Coalface or movis are closest, it just depends on which effects you like most from ABS
I really like this girl. Shes very beautiful and I like her energy. You can tell she is truly passionate about this product and what she does❤❤❤
Would love to hear more about shampoo bars and the conditioner bar. I’m never sure if I ‘m using the conditioner bar correctly. Love theses videos.
This was my first “cosmetic” purchase from lush and I love it 😍 because it is solid it lasts a long time
I love Amanda! It would be great to see some new serums like over from Milan! I think those have potential to make other moisturizers naked!
Please please don’t discontinue it. I used to use magical miranga and now it’s discontinued and now I used this and I love it so so much.
Tori Prettyman which alternative foams the least? I hate the foam, it tiggers my gag reflex.
EditSMU i’m not sure which foams the least if i’m being honest. they don’t foam up as much as a regular toothpaste. i also find the more water i add on my brush, the more it foams so you could probably make it work for you.
I would love more information on your face masks. They all sound good but also confusing on which one to ise
I have everything from lush because we can see there Is nothing harmful❤❤❤❤
Love this so much! Such a nice video and I would love to see more with other "deep cut" products like salted coconut hand scrub or the hot oil hair treatments. I would also love to see more about charity pot organizations!
You are amazing at selling the brand. Wow what a sales ambassador!
Love Amanda! Got to meet her at the Dallas perfume gallery for the in store trainer conference 😊.
As well as loveeee full of grace! ❤️
I love this series. I’m really interested in skincare. I’m not sure which cleanser to choose for my skin type and the same goes for moisturizer. I would love to hear more about that topic.
I was looking at it online, this has sold me. Thanks
I love this video and this product! I work for lush and I love it! I'd love to see a video on movis:)
Her voice is so pleasant. I convinced to buy this product now haha
Hi! Thanks for makimg these videos. I work at Lush and they help me understand the products even better! I would like to talk more about the facial moisturizers.
I'd love to hear Simon & Mark talk about the perfume range!
I bought full of grace last week but this video made me want to buy it again? Lol! I’m kidding but this was so informative! Love
Please show honey i washed my hair shampoo bar compounding!!!
I'm currently using an aloe vera gel on my face and want to add full of grace. Should I put full of grace before or after the aloe vera gel? Thanks
Use the serum before the gel
So informative! Thank you I actually love this product so much I'm definitely going to try some of the other naked skin care products 😊😊
So it's a lotion bar. A serum would have an active ingredient in a water base like vitamin c. Oils and butters tend to just sit on the skin.
sipsy i love your emotion language 😍 i love this so much
How often should you use full of grace?
I LOVE this type of video!! Keep 'em coming!
I would love to learn more about the tooth powder, personally.
I love this product. I have learned that it has to soak and dry on my skin. If not; it soaks into my pillow. Also, the girls at the lush store told me to use it as Eye cream. I didn’t hear you mention that. Were they correct or am I using it wrong?
Hi Linda! Your sales associate did not steer you in the wrong direction, as those are both great tips to follow while using our Full Of Grace. 😊
Hey I have a question can you use full of grace as a treatment for ur body as someone with skin issues I can never find anything that will help the dry red patches all over my body. Do you guys have any ideas what I can use for that? I really love lush that is all I use for my head to toe body Care😊
I’m gonna say yes, you can use for body as well.❤
@@wfr1960Ok thanks an do u know if it will help with dry patches on the skin also red dry patches?
I know summer is almost over but I want to hear about after sun care. Dreamwash and the Honey bath bomb were my go tos... what can I use instead now?
Our Fresh Farmacy cleanser contains similar soothing ingredients as Dreamwash and you can use it on your face and body. For a soothing bath product, take a look at Ickle Baby Bot.
I love these videos! they give me an idea of what i wanna buy!❤️
A video about hair treatments (preferably H'suan Wen Hau) would be lovely!
I absolutely love this product ,she is right. And one bar last a very long time and smells great and natural . ❤️🌷🌷
Probably dumb question. But what do u use as day cream. Do u use anything apart from a moisturizer on top of full of grace as a day cream
Hi! I've stayed away from your beauty counter because of the reviews online. Are you planning on revamping the formula to make it last longer and wear better?
I love Lush for mostly everything else, I'm excited to try this serum. 😊
Hi Samantha! We're in the middle of revamping our makeup collection so keep your eyes peeled for what's to come! 👀💕💕
Can you guys open a store in Indonesia please?
I have one but I really sweat a lot, even after a shower or washing my face, I just sweat right after them so I have a hard time loving the serum a hundred percent. I wish there's something for sweaty people. I love the mask of magnaminty though cause it prevents me from sweating right after something since it actually have the sensation of cooling my face
Wasabi shan kui would be a nice how it's made and deep dive please
My absolute favorite soap (and my dad's) is respect your elders. But that is the only thing that has that scent. Would you guys be open to creating more products with that scent?

Is it fine to use it if you have a oily skin?
Hi there Emilie! Full Of Grace serum is great for sensitive, dry or mature skin and it helps minimize the effects of free-radicals (like sun damage).
Y’all need a store in Bakersfield!!!
I love Full of Grace!!
If it’s got super concentrated ingredients, is it okay for for really sensitive skin? That’s one of the reasons I’ve been a bit scared to try a lot of lush products :/ I’m just a bit worried bc I have really sensitive skin
Hi Abby! Our Full Of Grace works great for sensitive skin, as it uses calming chamomile to create a soothing effect on the skin.
Love this video! Thank you! Make more of this series :)
I’m interested about every product.
Do a video on Ultrabland!!! It is such a cult classic product and it has not been featured on the lush channel at all yet
You are an amazing on video! I love your voice!
I can't wait to try it!!
I swear by this can’t use any other moisturizer besides this..I mean I can but why would I do that.
is it just me or does the employees at lush have the best skin ever? Like GIRL I NEED THAT GLOW😂😭
I couldnt' decide between Full of Grace and Argan, but damn it she convinced me to get Full of Grace hahaha :)
Love you, Sipsy!
LUSHHHHH💕💕💕💕
I LOVE AMANDA
yayyyyyyyy
Her clothes almost camouflage into the background
i love how she's glorifying the packaging-free thing with a billion black tubs behind her lmaoo
Marina And The Diabetes I dunno if it’s the same in America but in the UK they have not had to made a brand new black pot since 2007 because they recycle them!!
The pots are level 5 post consumer plastic and they have the best recycle in store programme of any high street store.
Ooh
"The most impactful ingredient" yeah you're talking about water, girl
I love Lush, but I feel like you're underestimating me as a costumer. I believe in science, and there's no real scientific prof that antioxidants help the skin by applying it to the skin like that.
