I miss this car also and would love to find it. The bloke I sold it to did have a slight disability in one hand, I don't think he had it long before it was sold on again. I've watched the video a number of times and it brings back a number of memories including the whistle from the throttle body under acceleration.
I looked up the original plate and it came up as orange with a 1.3 engine, thought someone had rebuilt it after a smash or something. Its good to hear it's probably still about. Glad the brass Westfield sign is still on the dash, that took hours.
If anyone does know it's whereabouts please let me know.

Absolutely gutted been looking to buy this car back for years. The Westfield badge on the dash is solid brass and was handmade. Any details of were the car is now? I bought it from a guy in Buckinghamshire.

Hey Chris …. I loved this car, it was such an absolute beast !! It was built by a guy called Andy Hawtin back in 2004, it ran 11.9 at Santa Pod, and in a moment of madness I ran it up passed 130mph once and it was still pulling…. I believe it cost over £22K back in 2004, so every component was the best.
The Westfield dash badge was made from a solid brass door hinge from a London Fire station.
I sold it over 6 years ago to a guy who lived I think in Leeds. He travelled down South to see the car, we did a deal, and on a wet Fri night he put a crash helmet on to drive it home ! I told him it did 11 mpg and wished him well
I think it was you I brought it from ?

@@bruceeverest I’m sure the guy was disabled in some way who I bought the car off. Just wish I never sold it. Have you got any contact details of who bought it. Bought back so many memories seeing your video, I look for it regular. Yes the Westfield badge I remember the story of how it was made. I would buy it back in a heartbeat. Thanks for replying

@@chrishump507 no sorry Chris I don’t have any details of the sale anymore…. And much like you I would buy it back in a heartbeat, there was just something about that car wasn’t there

@@bruceeverest there really was. Absolute pleasure to drive. My dads bought a cobra now and been doing a few miles in that recently, it’s a 7.4 big block but still had more fun in that. I shall keep scouring eBay and auto trader. May the best man win 😂

Looks like a great example. Can I ask why you sold? I'm patiently waiting for a decent Seight to come up for sale now.

Pirbright in Surrey .....spot on. Sold it as I wanted to go further than the car would let me, no windscreen and 12 MPG doesn't make for a good journey to Le-Mans !
