In Korea regulations are that an official Taekowndo dojang (school) can only be opened by a 4th Dan or higher. TKD is the official national sport of Korea. So yah, her kicks are pretty on point. My first exposure to Somi was not from KPop, it was TKD in the form of her father who is also a 4th Dan Taekwondo instructor. He is a pretty cool guy.
