Can't believe he got it at such a cheap price.. history painted all over it, literally. Although that was one of the greatest profits I've ever seen in real deal history, well done Mick! 👏🏻
When you describe this as a painting I take it you are using that title in the very loosest of terms because I've seen a few R Kray creations and they are all pretty infantile and gloomy, a reflection of the mind that made them I'd say. Thanks again for the upload Sir.
@@grainnefullbrook3070 it baffles me why someone would pay 7 grand for such a piece of shit, just because it was drawn by someone notoriously famous. The long term prisoner Charlie Bronson (or 'Charles Salvador' as he is known these days) does art that fetches fairly high prices, but atleast Charlie does have some artistic talent, and his cartoons are quite funny and you can see he as atleast put some effort into them. Ronnie Kray however, doesn't seem like he cares, or puts any effort into his artwork, and probably only thought of the price it may fetch one day.

Now if this was a Charles Bronson/Mickey piece we'd be more impressed and it would certainly draw more dollars.. 😉
If Jesus Christ himself painted it It's basically a pile of shit.😆
Actually the back is a lot more interesting than the actual painting.
Wonder what it's worth now?
Died in 1995 not 93
The dealer sold it for £3,600.

Greenberg
🤣
What a terrible painting. Has it any provenance to prove that some other person didn't paint it at Parkhurst.
