Al Joseph, was the perfect combination of shreds, melody, and harmony. That last dude is on another freaking planet. But they we're all amazing and Inspiring for sure.
Without belittling and underestimating anyone, Igor Paspalj will be the best guitarist in the world for many more years. I think it is impossible to match such a challenge, he set an impossible task. Congratulations maestro. Напред Игоре не може ти нико ништа.... Поздрав из Србије
Man at 1:45 ... that harmonic from Justin Derrico... that was craaaazy. Did not even look like he hit the string. it was from a pull off or something. Magic!!!!!
When the string is vibrating you can just touch it. Dimebags dimebombs he would pull off and dumb the bar then touch the harmonic. When done fast it sounds good. Hard to do clean.
After a couple of replays I realized that he is plucking the string with his index finger on the left hand. A really creative way to get that harmonic right on time while his right hand reaches for the whammy bar.
I could sit down and Watch Marco play for the rest of my life. His accuracy is so mesmerizing. His tone is perfect and this guy definately Can write great guitar albums. One of my all Time favorites 😍
off course Marco. always great and unbelievable composition with great technic and soul. no dıbı dıbı dıbı. its all great and awesome guitarist but Marco genius.
I know comparing players is somehow BS, but my personal favorite is Marco. His playing is so on point, melody/harmony, rhythm and technique go so well together in his phrasing that it leaves me speechless - every time!
Igor's right hand reminds me of Michael Angelo and Yngwie. Pick barely moves 😆 fucking epic. The other guys are insane too but Igor just smashed this one. His intro was just awe!!!
Wow.....smoking talented musicians. But I must say.....there's something about Marco's tone..... it takes you somewhere. You feel the melodic vibe. Its not just technical 100mph cram jam. Its beautiful to listen to.
His kind of sounded like standard legato lines to me, not that I could play them, but I'm more impressed with Andy James picking every note than anything.
I agree that Marco was the best, then again though with players all so high level, it’s really a matter of who’s style appeals the most to you rather than saying saying ones better than the other. I suppose it’s more fair enough if you’re comparing someone like slash with Paul Gilbert - pretty obvious who’s better TECHNICALLY, but with this none of them really have big enough weaknesses in their playing to be able to compare them like that
@@alexjackson8841 exactly. My favorite guitarists are Jerry Garcia and Dickey Betts. My third and fourth favs are prob Eric Johnson and George Benson. It's never about who can shred the cleanest, even though I love good shredding; it's about who moves your soul.
This is easily the best shred collab I've seen so far. All of them are so incredibly talented, but those sweeps from Al were some of the cleanest I've ever heard. Fantastic job!
For me those guitarists (except Andy James) has no soul just too many techniques, I miss new genius like Jason Becker , Yngwie Malmsteen, Randy R and Others
Just rewatched this. Marco is just ridiculous. I mean yes the other guys did great. But Marco has the PERFECT touch in terms of speed, soul, creativity, note selection, shred, wholesome notes at the right moment. Tension and release mechanics. The more I listen to him the more I like him. The solo he plays here is beyond perfect for the track ! He incapsulated everything u could ask for ! Whereas, a lot of other guys come in way more aggressive and just to the races. Nothing wrong with that but I leave having listened to those solos and walking away thinking, yeah that was wicked ! Whereas, I walk away from marcos solo with evoked emotions, inspired, motivated, and then rewatching it over and over. Flawless playing
I've seen a lot of shred collabs where it's just a lot of fast sweep picking and not always the best note choices. This however, shows how shedding with thought and feeling is done. Good on ya mates!
Its hard to decide who’s more good when all of them have they own style(lets not), but marco’s tone got something that makes me keep on repeating at his part.
Props to all! Awesome soloing from all artists and tough to pick a fav....but I find Igor's neo-classical phrasing and sweep arpeggios candy for my ears and man how sick is that artwork on his axe! Man he went ballistic and if you listen to his material on his YT channel he can also play with emotion when not shredding. Andy a close second for mine .
Look people, all these players are bad asses! Straight up! This ain’t a damn competition. These are just awesome musicians playing together. Thanks gentlemen for this awesome video. Keep rockin it!!
Igor 🔥
just ONE SCALE AND MINOR ARPEGGIOS?????🤣🤣
Igor finally with well know guitarists That was mind blowing
they're finally with "a" well known guitarist (Igor) hahaha just kidding bro hahha
@@vaughntiron6186
It is true no kidding.
Could use some long sleeves, though. Dude just looks dirty.
Igor man....that picking technique insane
Igor just killed it!
Marco Sfogli always gives me tingles
Marco has the most tasteful phrasing in here.

You have no idea what ‘brutal’ means.. 😃
Nice economy :)
A monster,,,amazing
He plays with the aggression of an 80s player, love that
I wouldn’t dare rate anyone . They are all incredible players

Igor brutaly skill... i love you igor your melody touch my hearth...
Al Joseph, was the perfect combination of shreds, melody, and harmony. That last dude is on another freaking planet. But they we're all amazing and Inspiring for sure.
agree100%
Agree too
Igor was translating emotions through that guitar....WOW!!!
Each one of them is an amazing guitarist. They are not competing with each other here. Which of us can honestly play the guitar like this?
Without belittling and underestimating anyone, Igor Paspalj will be the best guitarist in the world for many more years.
I think it is impossible to match such a challenge, he set an impossible task.
Congratulations maestro.
Напред Игоре не може ти нико ништа.... Поздрав из Србије
Marco' plays guitar with Italian accent.
And that Italian accent was beautiful
Ya basta!🇮🇹
Check out Scott Mishoe tapping - he's a beast!!!
He plays with a Petrucci accent, but in a different way, and i' m not talking bad about Italy because i' m italian :)
The best solo.
I'm huge andy james fan but this time Igor🤘
Andy James and Marco just blew my mind... As always
same ! they are the best "non legends" guitar shredders in the world.... wait, for me they Are Legends !!! :)
@Michele Grassi for me too 👏👏

Igor and Justin nailed it
Igor is a killer player
Not getting paid by the note!
All of them are really good . Just enjoy .
Igor- Speed of light ! You can barely see his fingers😊
I came here for Marco and Andy. Ofcourse they were amazing but left stunned by Igor. That was insane!
Igor's the fastest and Marco's the cleanest. AMAZING all of them!
1:10-1:15 such an amazing lick.
Marco and Al are ❤
Igor's playing reminds me Syu of Galneryus, Timmo Tolkki and Luca Turilli, so nostalgic!
Syu is god
@@alaaobaid3363 Sloppy player, but in a good way
One of my favorite shredders
@@TheBfutgreg sloppy? Syu is one of the cleanest guitarists ever, he never miss a note
Marco rocking the coolest shirt of the bunch!!
Igor's pickup changing skill is as fast as his shredding. All hail to him.

I was repeated his lick for hundred times just in one night..

Marco over the top
Igor oduvao!!!👏👏🔥🔥🔥

He started of Ok but then half had little meaning, listen to Merrico
@@blinkit4146 😂 not sure what "meaning" you're looking for.
All of the solos are top notch! But, Marco's solo is so melodically mesmerizing and structured that I've probably watched it a few dozen times!
All of these guys were born to shred the guitar 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 my ultimate favorite is Sfogli, he just moves me with his solos!

Absolutely on the spot! That specific lick takes you places and makes you remember certain emotional states.
I like style's Igor Paspaji best !
all is beast and best with their style. but, Marco ? totally killin'.
