I like the video, and the rawness of it. Thank you for taking us on-board your N650!

i'd love to hear about your opinion about long term ownership of this bike, gas mileage, riding feel,.... e.tc

@pondoitsame927 In the long term, this bike is great. It doesn't feel maintenance heavy at all, just the occasional chain cleaning and tightening along with oil change. I just did a ride to Chico from Novato, taking a long route there and back, totaling 320 miles or more, and I only had to fill up gas twice, once on departure and second on the way back. I get about 50-70mpg when cruising at the highway at 60-80mph 6k rpms, so this bike can easily get a little over 200 miles on a full tank. It's a great bike to travel with since it's a sporty/touring style bike, so it's also great for the track. I got a unrestricted moore mafia tune with it, along with a yoshi exhaust, and it feels great. I'd definitely recommend this bike if you just want something to have fun with. That's not too powerful (just right), along with being able to travel long distances and save money for gas.

@pondoitsame927 I forgot to mention the feel. I got a tune for it because at first it felt a little choppy when engine braking and releasing the clutch from a stop, but after, it's 100% better and has a more natural feel. The bikes upgradability is fantastic, so I think it's a great long-term and commuter if you're just interested in riding with friends or going to work. Since it's an upright seating, it's very comfortable and beginner friendly.

Its a Quadlock! I bought a fork stem mount with a vibration dampener and a wireless charger. Its a great mount and I would highly recommend!

@@gato210889 Yeah I gotchu. I got the forkstem mount with a vibration dampener. This mount also requires a dedicated phone case to work with it, but its all listed there in the website. Good luck!

That lane splitting around 10 minutes in is quite dangerous. If any of those cars decides to change lane you have no way to correcting that. Your grip on the right handlebar is also too far off, Unless you are in the twisties thats just not a save grip. too far away from the front break lever aswell. In case of an unexpected situation you will end up jerking the lever and crashing.
    Drive safe. Not like this.

Thanks for the tips, we all ride our own ride, and I really appreciate the concern!

He didn't lane split at all during that section. You might wanna read what the definition of lane splitting is in California law. He was passing normally, there was no splitting done there. Splitting is when you're directly between 2 cars, there's minimal danger of them changing lanes when splitting because why would they change lanes into eachother? Don't confuse splitting for lane sharing or passing too fast above the flow of traffic
