As an American born Chinese I really enjoyed this version of my favorite Eagle’s song. I’m partial because I have lived in California all my life. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagined that this song could be done so well with Chinese instruments. I remember my early days where I would sit with my mom and watch the live Chinese opera and thought the instruments were a bit archaic. Of course that was over 60 years ago. Thanks for surprising me.
i wish you would do this is a modern western sound studio-- with each instrument mixed perfectly... talk about a GREAT professional album!!! WOW - -that would be SUPER!!!!
This performance is really cool and interesting, but the sound recording and mixing are not good. I'd love to hear this redone with competent people doing the mixing and recording.
