That rubber part is required only if you are using 195/55 tyre. You can install 185/55 R16 without any issue as the final devation compared to stock 175/65 R15 tyres will be only 0.16% which is negligible.
These alloys are looking LIT now.. much mUCH MUCH Better then before

Electronic wires ke sath agar kuch karte ho to warranty lene me issue hota h otherwise nahi. Baki company me agar sahi jan-pehchan h to sab chalta h nahi to bewajh bhi pareshan kar dete h
